A night stay in Salem
Pros:

This is a unique property. It’s very nice and clean and the rooms are equipped very extravagantly. The mattress was super comfy and the bedding etc. There are no f2f staff but we had regular updates by WhatsApp with a virtual receptionist. It was manned so well and we got replies very quickly. If you want a quieter break in Salem away from the noise/excitement of the Main Street then this is a good place to stay.

Cons:

It was located a mile away from Salem centre so quite a walk from the attractions.
It was very expensive for 1 night - over-priced

Everything you would expect and more.
Pros:

I really appreciated the coffee service in the room, plenty of creamer and full size coffee cups. I loved the property and felt like it was the perfect distance from the main downtown area but also quite enough to relax in the evening.

Cons:

The bathroom situation was a little tight for my family of four, not that you can really change that. It was still very nice to have an en suite.

Pros:

The location was great, although it was a bit of a walk to the city center. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, for the price, I would have expected a few more amenities and a receptionist available full-time. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I felt the cost was a bit high for what was offered.

Cons:

Not having a direct person to contact, hard to find water station and thermometer for the room, and uncomfortable bed.

Pros:

The Coach House was very clean and it suited our needs. We needed a small refrigerator and our concierge, Carrie ensured we got one. We also got a gift card to Jaho Coffee which was so nice. Carrie kept in touch with me throughout our stay.
Beds and linens were excellent. The location was perfect.

An amazing experience in a gorgeous house!!!
Pros:

Beautiful property! So clean and the beds are a dream! Staff are sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The gift card for Jaho was nice since there is not on site breakfast. Jaho’s coffee is sooo good!

Cons:

About a mile walk to the main area but plenty of transportation available if the feet get sore.
