Beautiful property! So clean and the beds are a dream! Staff are sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The gift card for Jaho was nice since there is not on site breakfast. Jaho’s coffee is sooo good!
About a mile walk to the main area but plenty of transportation available if the feet get sore.
rooms are big and clean. communication and assistance was top notch.
small bath sink but cute
We liked the ambiance and that the staff was able to keep in touch with you over any concerns or advice on how to get around town. Oh and I really loved the brand of body and hair products they carried in their bathrooms!
I have no qualms
The aesthetic and design of this boutique hotel was beautiful. This is not a property for large families, as it is what we could call a quiet, shared space. Noise can be heard through the floors, so expect sounds of floor movement when in a lower room. A family with children were above us, so we woke to 5 AM running. Not always the best wake up for adults living the Salem night life. Access to water and ice were super convenient, and room came supplied with everything needed, including a fan! Snacks and coffee machine were also a plus! Bed and linens were superb! It is a bit of a hike to and from the property to Essex and downtown Salem, so be prepared for either a Lyft or hike. It is a beautiful and safe neighborhood, but all of Salem tends to be that way. The concierge chat was very nice! They’re readily available at anytime before 7 PM. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
Location, access to main areas of Salem are a bit inconvenient. Upper level noise bleeding through the floor.
So unique and beautifully designed

Very clean and pretty
Beautiful remodel with attractive decor.
Very comfortable bed
walk in shower.
Clean.
Parking
This is not the place for you if you have mobility issues. No elevator, 3 floors, and stairs to get to the first floor.
A bit of form over function.
There are few surfaces where you can set things in the room or bathroom. The sink is unnecessarily tiny.
It was beautiful. Loved the way it was decorated and it was very quiet while we were there.
No real complaints at all. Only wish they had a microwave to use and a fridge but we made due without.
Very welcoming and comfortable.
It was beautifully set up, great location and extremely helpful/friendly staff. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail was very appreciated. Thank you for hosting us in Salem and making our anniversary special!
There was a bit of an odour with the water in the shower but it was tolerable
