Fantastic find in San Sebastian
Pros:

Great location, large clean room, excellent value for money. Checked in by José, who was very friendly and welcomed us with a glass of Cava, making us feel very special.

Perfectly fine, but nothing special.
Pros:

Nice location. Clean.

Cons:

Didn't represent value for money IMO. The triple room was a double with three beds in it. Poor view from the back of the hotel.

Pros:

Чудовий готель. У нас був номер з терасою із видом на дахи сусідніх будівель. Вечором це був кайф)
У серці міста. Супер зручне розташування.
Номери маленькі але затишні.
Душ ідеальний.

Не снідали тому не можу нічого сказати.

Fantastico hotel boutique en el centro de San Sebastian.
Pros:

Hotel boutique con fantastica situación, habitaciones cómodas, prácticas y muy limpias, y con un personal excelente. Especial mención a Jose y todo el equipo de recepción, que se hacen todo lo posible por la hacer la estancia más agradable a los huespedes.

Cons:

No hay nada que criticar.

Excellent except for the over pay,
Pros:

Close to old city central

Cons:

I paid for 3 in one room but my granddaughter that was staying in Salamanca came to visit.
So I put my daughter and her daughter ( my granddaughter) in another room so now I paid for 2 rooms but they told me I couldn’t get a credit for having 2 instead of 3 in my room .
I think I should pay for 2 rooms with 2 people in each .
Not a room for 3(even though we are 2) and a room for 2.

I loved the staff and location.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness, the staff of the reception was excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

That there isnt any tissue or extra tissue in the room, no iron in the room and we have to take it from the lobby, no room service after 1pm, no staff for carrying out the luggage, bad smell in the elevator, no ac in the lobby. No food in the room service.

Overall very pleasant stay in a great location
Pros:

Good location, hotel very clean. Staff lovely, very welcoming. Excellent shower!

Cons:

The bed was quite hard and pillows not very comfortable! Not a good view from the room looking out onto back of people’s flats with washing hanging out. No what you would expect for over €360 a night!
