Pros:

Prima hotel, met een lieve dame die voor een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt zorgt. Het onthaal was eerder onpersoonlijk.

Cons:

De ligging was voor ons toch niet zo ideaal. Het hotel ligt langs een grote drukke baan wat toch wel voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgde.

Pleasant and central stay in San Sebastian
Pros:

Location was perfect, was clean and tidy

Cons:

Relatively small room for a very high price; did have balcony but there was a particular smell throughout the property which was not unpleasant but too strong. There was no body lotion or conditioner and there was no face towel.

Perfect location to walk from bus station and to all nearby sites of interest. Staff pleasant and professional.

Un muy lindo hotel boutique con una ubicación privilegiada
Pros:

El hotel está súper bien ubicado e impecable de mantenimiento. Se ve tal cual a la fotografías! Al ingresar al hotel hay un perfume en el ambiente que es encantador. Las habitaciones son simples pero con una linda decoración, las camas son muy cómodas. El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones es impecable. Cada habitación además tiene de cortesía un frigo bar con productos sin costo para la estadía y también están equipadas con máquinas de Nespresso. Por último cabe destacar la amabilidad y excelente atención del personal de recepción.
