Open Hotel by Olive - 98 Street Mylasandra

There is no such place. The location is incorrect, hotel phone number provided is not working either, simply we ended up stranded on the streets. I am not able to contact Booking.com customer care either.

1. No staff. No one takes calls nor available at reception in the evenings. Manager busy with the Bar and Restaurant on top floor.
2. No parking.
3. Manager behavior was very rude.
4.Ground and first floors belong to liquor BAR and lot of noise of chairs and Tables in the night.
5. No daily cleaning of the rooms and toilets.
6. It's a sin to stay beyond one day as the bath towel or bed cleaning will not be replaced the next day. The manager argues to reuse it. I had to call Treebo customer care to have it replaced.

I had to opt for this hotel as it is near to my sons college.

Didn’t like anything. The room doesn’t even have a mirror, no chair atleast to sit and eat food, unclean bedsheets, unclean towel, no bathroom amenities, too noisy as it is next to a main road, wifi was poor and basically it’s just a tiny room with a bed and nothing else

Unclean, full of cockroaches, unclean sheets, bed, pillow, no bathroom amenities, no chairs or desk to work and too small to even walk around

Breakfast being little late sometimes

1. The hotel has an attached bar and restaurant in the ground floor. This aspect has neither been mentioned in the property description nor do the property photos show this. As you go through the lift, you will find service guy delivering alcohol to guests. You can smell the alcohol in the common areas sometimes. In the night during our stay, there were drunkards quarreling and making noise, which may not be to the liking of those who need absolute quite to sleep well.
2. Although the rooms as such were good, they were not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the toilet seat. The linens were old and had stains, although they were washed and not smelly.
3. Most of the room amenities specified in the booking page were not provided. I had to repeatedly ask for two bath towels per room, water bottle and toilet paper. Only after repeated calls and directly asking the front desk were these provided in the night. I then did not bother to ask regarding the free toiletries which they were supposed to provide.
4. They claim to provide delicious breakfast. It is probably delicious if they actually serve one. The in-room info says that breakfast starts at 7 am. There was no one in the reception to complain to. At around 8:05 am, I was able to talk to a housekeeping guy who said breakfast will be brought from outside and it will take up to half an hour. Not wanting to waste our time further, we went without breakfast. Even then, there was no one at the reception. Only this one poor guy who was doing the housekeeping and probably also in charge of getting the breakfast, although I am not sure whether we would actually get one even if we ordered.
5. I promptly informed these issues to the Treebo customer care at around 7:30 am and was promised quick resolution of the issues. Given that they were unable to even arrange for a breakfast says quite a bit. This was confirmed when we returned in the evening and found an empty reception and none of our complaints addressed.
