Cons:

Arrivato davanti alla struttura non è stato possibile avere la chiave.
Consigliano di andare a ritirarla nel ristorante di fianco ma è errato e il ristoratore è stufo di questa situazione.
Vendono stanza anche se non le hanno e poi danno la colpa a booking.

Everything was bad if I could refund I would instantly cancel the booking and look for another property

I didn’t like that there was no warm water for showering in the morning. No shower gel in the bathrooms. No cups for tea. No instructions on how to open the digital locking doors. Tv not working. No batteries in the remote controls

Ottima posizione, il resto da migliorare
Pros:

La posizione è molto buona, a due passi da Brick Lane e Shoreditch, ideale per una passeggiata alla ricerca dei famosi murales sparsi un po' in tutto il quartiere. Ci sono tantissimi piccoli caffè con tante offerte (anche vegan e gluten free) dove fare delle belle colazioni.
La struttura ha risposto subito alla nostra richiesta di avere un ventilatore (non c'era aria condizionata), essendo capitate in un weekend eccezionalmente caldo. Avendo solo una finestra in stanza, neanche completamente apribile, sarebbe stato impossibile dormire senza almeno un ventilatore.

Cons:

La fase di check in è stata simile a una caccia al tesoro alla quale però non ci eravamo iscritte. Mi è arrivata una mail il giorno del nostro arrivo che mi avvertiva di dover fare il check in presso un ristorante... che non esiste da più di un anno, come abbiamo scoperto grazie a un buon samaritano. Dopo circa venti minuti a cercarlo lungo la via, abbiamo contattato la struttura: ho scoperto che mi avevano chiamato verso le 16 (sarei dovuta arrivare a quell'ora, in realtà causa traffico abbiamo tardato), ma sul treno il telefono non prendeva. Mi hanno chiesto un contatto whatsapp per poter inviare i dettagli per il self check, senza volermeli dire a voce. Perché mandare una mail errata
quando si poteva mandare subito quella giusta? Dopo un viaggio di 10 ore, aspettare una risposta per mezz'ora sotto il sole non è stato piacevole.
Non si tratta di stanze, ma appartamenti, e questo secondo me è un bel punto a sfavore. L'appartamento, per essere tale, deve avere una cucina. Mettere un forno in una stanza, senza il minimo indispensabile per cucinare e senza neanche un tavolo e delle sedie su cui mangiare, non fa di una stanza un appartamento. Se togliessero il forno e mettessero due comodini (nella nostra stanza inesistenti) e due accortezze, si avrebbe una sistemazione dignitosa. Pulizia a parte, sulla quale c'è decisamente da migliorare: avrei preferito una stanza senza maxi tv (di cui non me ne faccio nulla), ma più pulita.
La mattina del check out abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile lasciare gli zaini un'ora in più rispetto al previsto, sapendo che il check in viene fatto tardi nel pomeriggio. Ci è stato risposto con molto ritardo che non era possibile. Avevamo scritto alle 8.30 (e chiamato), ormai eravamo già uscite, e ci si chiedeva di pagare un supplemento. Viste le condizioni di sporcizia in cui abbiamo trovato la stanza, e i casini con il check in, ci siamo rifiutate e abbiamo preferito tornare a prenderci i bagagli.

Borzalmas állapotú szoba. Szakadt, koszos tapéta, foltos ágynemű, hiányzó szegélylécek.
A zuhanyzó fala iszonyúan koszos vízköves. WC kefe nincs.
Összesen két törölköző járt, kéztörlő már nem.

Amikor megkértem a tulajt, hogy a hirdetés képeihez legalább hasonló minőségű szobát adjon, közölte, hogy ez a legjobb.

3 éjszakára mentünk, de így sem volt hová kipakolni a ruháinkat, fogas/ruhaakasztó sem volt. A "konyha" felszerelése összesen 1 pohárból és egy kiskanálból állt, nem számítva a koszos hűtőt, a vizmelegitot és a mikrohullámú sütőt, amit evőeszközök es tányérok híján úgy sem tudtunk használni.

Igazából csapvizet sem mertünk inni, a képeken látható állapotok miatt.

Dirty place, I didn’t check in but was charged full price
Pros:

Room did not meet with as described on booking.com website. I didn’t even check in . I requested to return the charges but I was refused

Cons:

Room was dark and not clean, bedsheet was used, countertop was cracked. It was nowhere close the pictures displayed on booking.com

Cons:

The room smelt of damp, it was very small and in urgent need of a renovation. The bathroom smelt even worse of blocked drains and the smell of the bathroom kept coming into the bedroom at night and made me feel sick. Never coming back here. Also it is very expensive for the quality and I booked a deluxe suite!
