I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Treebo Zion. The property felt old and poorly maintained, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The room was not clean, and even the bedsheets and chair were in an unacceptable condition.
What concerned me the most was the lack of basic safety and privacy. The toilet window was left open, and people were actually watching through it, which made me extremely uncomfortable and unsafe while using the washroom. Although one staff member did come to fix the window, the situation should never have occurred in the first place.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and definitely not worth the amount charged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay.

Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to NIMHANS convention centre.

Cons:

Cleanliness was an issue. AC was not functioning well. Even the coffee mug was unclean. Kettle Tray was empty throughout the stay.
