Our stay was very amazing. We really like the place
Pros:

The night staff were amazing. Even the morning shift. They took care of our requests and made us feel at home.
We appreciate them

Cons:

The people coming from pool not dry their foot and wet the lobby floor while the house keeping did already their job.
Even the elevator was wet. I think people coming from the pool should dry themself before leaving the pool room to avoid any inconvenience on the floor with all the consequences

Pretty Hotel, clean

Cons:

I didn’t like that you’re reserving Queen beds but they’re Full. When I pointed out to the employee she stated “Oh, we only have King & Queens”
While I’m sure that may be the case you’re advertising a full size bed as a Queen Size. We even went as far as doing the measurement. For it to be a new hotel, I expected a microwave, more space and at least side tables on all sides. I travel a lot and this is my first time at Tru. Not sure this would be my hotel of choice (any location)
