Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Milan with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Ndue and Federica at the reception. They are among the most professional and dedicated hotel staff we have ever met. They helped us with every question we had, gave us excellent recommendations on where to visit and where to enjoy authentic local food, and always assisted us with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We would also like to thank the breakfast manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was outstanding, the room was comfortable, and the hotel’s design was elegant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
