Pros:

The service was exceptional. They went above and beyond for us and even upgraded our room. The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, and the room was spotless and beautiful.

Der Pool präsentiert sich auf dem Homepage ganz anders, in der Wahrheit ist er deutlich kleiner und zum Schwimmen nicht gedacht und für kurze Abkühlung.

Would definitely stay here again. Really nice hotel and staff.
Pros:

Staff were lovely, very accommodating. Really nice arrival Treats. Nice spacious room and spotless.
Great location, only 15 minutes walk away from duomo.

Cons:

O quarto é bastante confortável e amplo!

Cons:

Barulho a madrugada inteira - polícia, bondinho e carros . Não é silencioso !
Outra questão foram detalhes do banheiro que não foram verificados a reposição, mas logo em seguida resolvido!

Lovely hotel, beautiful room
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, staff at reception very helpful, the bar downstairs is lovely and the head barman poured the best Margueritas :-)

Cons:

The rooftop restaurant, the staff were not attentive and left us at the table so long we gave up and went downstairs for dinner. They didn't even acknowledge us
