A reasonable property I like the Staff but felt a bit ripped off by the rather large amount we paid to have breakfast in
Pros:

It was well located in modern and the staff would generally very helpful, particularly Sofia. She helped us organise a car to take us to florence as there’s a snap 24 hour train strike.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good and I discovered that apparently the breakfast restaurant was not operated by the hotel but by another party.
I could see absurd attempts to save money such as not having any orange juice available for breakfast. I can’t recall the last time I was in a hotel that didn’t have orange juice for breakfast.
The service was very poor in the Restaurant and there were substantial extra charges for any of the good breakfast items even though we paid a breakfast included rate for two.

A wonderful stay in Milan with outstanding hospitality and a thoughtful honeymoon upgrade.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and in a great location for exploring Milan. A special thank you to Shaima and the team for arranging a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.

All reception staff were nice and professional

Cons:

Extremely unpleasant experience with the concierge service. She talked to us in an extremely disrespectful and condescending manner and was very impatient.

We approached her for assistance with a simple train booking and had a few basic questions regarding timings and stations. Instead of helping, she became impatient and loud and told us to make up our mind so we wouldn’t waste her time, despite us being very respectful, clear, and prepared with exactly what we needed. She was short-tempered and unwilling to assist us beyond a few minutes and eventually told us to go to the train station and book the tickets ourselves!

This level of attitude and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable when dealing with clients.
On top of that, her approach to the search was extremely incompetent and inefficient, which only added to the frustration.
A concierge is expected to be helpful, patient, respectful, and solution-oriented — none of which were demonstrated here unfortunately.

Faptul ca dupa ce am atras atentia asupra problemelor, o parte din personal a incercat sa faca tot ce a putut pentru a ne ajuta si a schimba lucrurile in bine.

Cons:

Camerele sunt foarte galagioase. Geamurile vechi nu au deloc fonoizolatie. Spatiu de mic dejun mult prea mic pentru dimensiunea hotelului. Ne-am simtit ca la un hotel mediocru de 4 stele.
