Des voyages, non respectueux, beaucoup de bruit le soir dehors jusqu’à minuit. Impossible de dormir.

Le principal point négatif a été l’absence d’accès au spa sans réservation d’un massage. Malheureusement, il n’y avait plus aucune disponibilité pour les massages pendant notre séjour. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’espace bien-être de l’hôtel avait été un critère déterminant dans notre choix de réservation. Il serait préférable que cette condition soit indiquée plus clairement avant la réservation.
Par ailleurs, la télévision The Frame restait en mode « tableau » pendant la nuit, ce qui diffusait de la lumière. Nous avons dû la recouvrir d’un drap pour pouvoir dormir. Une lumière clignotante au plafond est également restée allumée toute la nuit, ce qui a nui à la qualité de notre sommeil.
Enfin, nous avons été déçus par le restaurant, dont les prix nous ont semblé trop élevés au regard de la qualité des plats. Les assaisonnements manquaient d’équilibre et les desserts étaient particulièrement décevants : le riz au lait était beaucoup trop sucré, avec un caramel au goût industriel, et le fondant au chocolat était accompagné d’un crumble aux corn flakes qui ne s’accordait pas du tout avec le dessert.
