The room was lovely and very comfortable

Cons:

The service was very mixed. The reception staff were helpful but the breakfast team were cold and rude. As a family we were separated on floors and split up and my son had a dislocated knee so this proved a challenge as my husband and I had to seperate. Disappointing when I booked the hotel months ago. We also requested a wheelchair for my son to use for his stay and we were charged additional for this after every other hotel across Europe while we have been away have never charged and were more than accomodating.
