Great location and nice rooms!
Pros:

The hotel is across the road from the Hemingway and is a third the price.

Cons:

The metal detector was very loud so that every time someone went in our out it was too loud. We had to change rooms. The cheeseburgers were made of meat mixed with diced onions. The wine was too old so only drank 1/3 bottle. $65.00 down the drain.

Wonderful, very helpful staff and beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, great location in a quiet suburb

Cons:

It is beautifully appointed, but I felt that it was a little ‘Vegas’ in style where it could have been cool, bright, more natural decor to really situate it in its vibrant Africa location

Pros:

Posizione, camera spaziosa, giardino, piscina. Ottima pulizia.
Ristorante interno con ottimi piatti.

Cons:

All’inizio non risultavano le due prenotazioni ma solamente una. Comunque poi hanno risolto il disguido e ci hanno fatto upgrade.

Pros:

We had 3 nights in Nairobi upon our arrival. I moved to Hermosa after one night in a lesser hotel. Bookings.com offered a very competitive rate. What a blessing! This staff are friendly, helpful & professional, the facilities immaculate and comfortable and very good food & beverage. We are back in Nairobi for 2 nights after our safari before heading to Victoria Falls, we cancelled the hotel we had previously booked and changed again to Hermosa. Also had a great massage!

Cons:

It is a little remote, but worth the drive.
