Ok, aber nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Gute Lage, sauber, modern. Dusche mit ausreichend Wasserdruck.

Cons:

Wir waren mit drei Kindern unterwegs und ich finde es von booking nicht gut, dass man Buchungen mit drei Personen annimmt, obwohl es offensichtlich ist, dass das Zimmer nur zwei Personen fasst. Unser drittes Kind hat auf dem Boden auf einer Decke geschlafen, weil weder Matratzen noch Zustellbetten verfügbar waren. Platz wäre definitiv vorhanden gewesen. Diese Unterkunft sollte bei den Auswahlkriterien drei Kinder gar nicht angeboten werden! Interessenten sollten wissen, dass Familienzimmer nur für 4 geeignet sind.
Das Personal an Empfang am Abend und im Frühstücksraum war lustlos und unmotiviert. Ohne Nachfragen wurde beim Frühstück nichts nachgefüllt, nicht mal Teller.

Good location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Courteous front office staff, very colorful and artistic building and rooms. The staff catered to our request to include atleast one vegetarian dish in the breakfast which was appreciated. Cleanliness is top notch and kitchen facilities are also complete and satisfies all the requirements. Location is very convenient.

Cons:

I would not count this stay as suitable for families. Breakfast was okay but limited options especially for vegetarians. Rooms are quite small and because of their size there is no facility or extra crib for baby for any additional bedding. Rooms are cleaned on alternative days only that too light cleaning and deep cleaning only on 4th day which was a bit disappointment.

Great place to stay for a city break.
Pros:

Modern, clean room. Good bathroom with really nice shampoo/shower gel provided. Great location close to central market, china town and the walking streets. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Pros:

Heel ruime, moderne en nette kamer. De locatie was uitstekend: vlak bij Chinatown, verschillende restaurants en andere handige faciliteiten zoals een ATM en de metro. Op de bovenverdieping waren er bovendien enkele extra faciliteiten, waaronder een kleine gym en een ruimte om kleding te wassen. Alles is heel hygiënisch en proper.

Cons:

Het ontbijt vonden we eerder beperkt. ’s Nachts was er af en toe geluidsoverlast, vermoedelijk door generators achter het gebouw. Na de eerste nacht stoorde dit wel niet meer zo hard dan daarvoor.

Było głośno, do pokoju wpadało światło z neonu naprzeciwko, spod zlewu lała się woda, cienkie ściany, było słychać każdy dźwięk i kiedy ktoś obok brał prysznic, dźwięk był nie do wytrzymania.

L’hôtel est très bien situé.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas très sympa. J’étais dans une chambre au deuxième étage sans fenêtre c’était oppressant.
L’espace commun au 12eme étage avait une très mauvaise odeur, à cause des toilettes je pense.

Прежде всего, отличное расположение - до основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Несмотря на то, что отель находится рядом с Чайнатаун, шума нет - улица довольна спокойная и тихая. Завтраки хорошие - смесь европейской и азиатской кухни. Отличный кофе и яичница! В номере уютно, очень понравилось оформление и номера, и всего здания! В номере все необходимое есть, есть чайник, а на этаже чистая вода, так что не надо покупать для прогулки, а можно набрать с собой. Чисто, убираются через день, насколько я поняла. Сотрудники доброжелательные, улыбчивые, готовы помочь. Интернет летает - я могла посмотреть фильмы и ролики на своем планшете. Спасибо команде отеля за заботу! Если буду в Куала-Лумпуре снова, обязательно вернусь.
