Facilities and hotel are nice, can improve on customer service
Pros:

Location was great, 10 min walk to Chinatown. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and clean. Very convenient to have a drinkable watertap in the room! It was nice to have a late check out at 2 pm.
Also, the bathroom had seperate shampoo/conditioner/shower/ body lotion!

Cons:

The incessant e-mails prior to check-in. They try to push their app too much.
The hotel staff were not very friendly and were on their phone all the time. It seemed like you bothered them if you came to ask a question.
The A/C was blowing directly on the bed.

Cons:

房间内所有设备都非常粗劣、破旧、老化，洗澡时下水堵塞，污水很快没到脚背，只能匆匆冲洗。空调是泛黄的挂壁式，发出的声音让人头疼。

半夜十二点突然响起火警铃，同时大喇叭通知警告，然后服务员砸门要进房检查，先后闹了四回，最后结果是房间内烟雾报警器出现故障所致，此时已近一点，也没有服务员来告知结果和道歉，我在房间等了半天，最后自己到底楼大堂去问才知道结果。第二天退房也没有人主动来提及如何处理最晚因设备失修乌龙给客人带来的伤害，在我主动提出要求处理时，马上臭脸。
