The location is good. At the quiet corner of Chinatown they don’t have homeless people and dirty streets. Design is youngster hip, nice one.
The breakfast packed set was not tasty at all. Not worth of its price I paid. Can skip book the room with breakfast because many better local breakfast option out there.
Great value and a good location. Good to have dyi laundry facilities in house and a little gym. I had a kitchenette and was able to make breakfast and snacks. Good new equipment.
Very near the shopping areas downtown. Property is quiet at night, at least the room that was assigned to us. Our room has a small kitchen and ensuite toilet. It’s great that the shower and toilet are separate - especially if you are travelling in a group (which we did). The rooms are clean and well kept.

Found this hotel by chance after checking-out of another for some reasons. This hotel is really clean, got all the necessary amenities and the vibe was really homey. The best part? The staff, everybody was so kind, respectful and so fun to talk to! Especially Hana with whom we really laughed so hard😂. It may not have a fancy rooftop pool or exquisite/luxurious decors but it's a great place overall nonetheless. I would recommend this place to everybody and if I get the chance to come back to Kuala, this is the place I will book again!
Everything was really good, but it would be awesome to have a minifridge in the room instead of going to the shared one.
