The staff were very friendly, kind, and attentive! We really appreciated the travel card they let us borrow and the free water, and they offered us extra blankets for comfort. The location was great - in a quiet but central location where everything we wanted to see was easily reachable by foot. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and very filling, and the view from the restaurant was amazing! Our balcony got lovely sunlight, the room was very clean, the bed very comfy, and the shower was wonderful!

The hotel is located not too far from Avlabari Subway Station on a quiet street. Several convenience stores in the area.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the hot items which Chervin, the owner, cooks herself. I’ve had a few chats with her, her staff and even her daughter when she was around. Very nice and friendly people.
One thing I will never forget about this hotel is when I had to leave early for a tour and needed to skip breakfast - a few hours later I had a missed call and received 2 messages from the hotel on my phone asking if everything was OK since they didn’t see me at breakfast. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated! Simple gestures like this tells you they value their guests and consider their guests important.
If I come back to Tbilisi I will be staying at Hotel Luxin again.

Location is pretty central, close walking distance to metro station. Beds are extremely comfy. I liked the lights in the rooms too.
Breakfast was not worth it - extremely bland and basic, with nothing to drink when we got there at 9am.
Charged excessive prices for minibar usage which were not listed. Room was also not cleaned during the stay.

Отличное расположение, прекрасный персонал. Помогали со всеми вопросами. Номера как на фото. Чисто, уютно. Завтрак хороший. Отличный кофе на завтраке. Очень понравилось. Спасибо и успехов.

Очень добродетельный персонал, местоположение отличное все рядом, в номере чисто, завтрак скромный, но вкусный, сообщение цена-качество, рекомендую
Мы были не долго, все понравилось
Чудове помешкання, привітний персонал та місцерозташування. Навіть без автомобіля близько до всього, до моста Миру 15 хвилин. Чисто, можна заїхати раніше (ми прилетіли о 6й). Була ситуація з дверима, не відчинялися, дуже швидко зреагували.
Єдиний мінус - шумоізоляція.

Приличный современный отель на тихой улочке. Удобное расположение. Персонал помог с парковкой. В номере все необходимое есть. Кровать твердая, удобная. На завтрак подали ядреный кофе: мозги прочистило на раз
В номере (105) запах канализации. Персонал не говорит по русски. Завтрак по выбору бедненький. В номере был ввход в служебный коридор.
