Чисто , все условия было. Горячая вода с напором ,что было очень важно для нас.
Иранский отель с иранскими хозяевами и в подавляющем большинстве иранскими гостями. Отношение сотрудников довольно дружелюбное. Сотрудник ночной смены ресепшена - общительный, хорошо говорящий на русском языке товарищ. Удобное расположение в двух минутах от метро Авлабари и наличием двух продуктовых магазинов рядом. В остальном, скорее, минусы.
Завтраки категорически плохие. Из съедобного только кукурузные шарики-хлопья, заливаемые молоком и арбузы-дыни. Горячее - малосъедобный омлет или сосиски третьего сорта. Ещё есть сомнительный салат, типа Оливье, но с макаронами, колбаса из субпродуктов и самый соленый из местных сыров. Вобщем платить за завтрак точно не следует. Номера маленькие, звукоизоляция нулевая, шторы на огромных окнах в номерах на первом этаже не открыть, поскольку на расстоянии вытянутой руки двор отеля с постоянно хрдящими людьми. Уборка никакая, за четыре дня проживания смены полотенец не было. Напор воды хороший, но вода из душевой зоны попадает в остальную часть санузла, поэтому пол там постоянно мокрый. Туалетная бумага не добавлялась. Вобщем очень слабо. Своих денег не стоит абсолютно. В номере есть чайник и чашки, но нет чайных ложек и блюдец.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and attentive! We really appreciated the travel card they let us borrow and the free water, and they offered us extra blankets for comfort. The location was great - in a quiet but central location where everything we wanted to see was easily reachable by foot. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and very filling, and the view from the restaurant was amazing! Our balcony got lovely sunlight, the room was very clean, the bed very comfy, and the shower was wonderful!

The hotel is located not too far from Avlabari Subway Station on a quiet street. Several convenience stores in the area.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the hot items which Chervin, the owner, cooks herself. I’ve had a few chats with her, her staff and even her daughter when she was around. Very nice and friendly people.
One thing I will never forget about this hotel is when I had to leave early for a tour and needed to skip breakfast - a few hours later I had a missed call and received 2 messages from the hotel on my phone asking if everything was OK since they didn’t see me at breakfast. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated! Simple gestures like this tells you they value their guests and consider their guests important.
If I come back to Tbilisi I will be staying at Hotel Luxin again.

Location is pretty central, close walking distance to metro station. Beds are extremely comfy. I liked the lights in the rooms too.
Breakfast was not worth it - extremely bland and basic, with nothing to drink when we got there at 9am.
Charged excessive prices for minibar usage which were not listed. Room was also not cleaned during the stay.
