Pros:

Das Hotel scheint gerade im Prozess der Renovierung zu stecken. Teilweise recht modern und leicht gehoben eingerichtet, doch die Struktur darunter ist etwas marode.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Nicht online sind die Zimmer deutlich günstiger.
Das Standart Frühstück ist sehr, sehr basic.

Decent hotel
Pros:

Hotel on the main street of the town and there is public free parking just across the road.

Staff were very nice and it was lovely to receive a free drink from the bar and welcome bag of sweets. :)

Room was spacious.

Breakfast continental and there was a £4 supplement to upgrade to a cooked option.

Cons:

Double bed was tiny. Our room's allocated shared bathroom had no working shower and we had to go to a different floor to use a shower.

The room and other areas in the hotel needs a better cleaning.

A surprise in how comfortable and enjoyable my stay was. Forres is a lovely place so worth staying there rather than Inv
Pros:

My room was comfortable with excellent TV set up..Netflix etc..the offer of a complimentary drink took my to the bar area where it was great to meet locals as well as holidaymakers. There was also a Jukebox!

Cons:

Nothing major - there was one faulty light in the en suite bathroom.

I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town. Friendly helpful staff who carried my heavy bag up the stairs.

Cons:

This is an old building so there is no lift.

Overall great value for money
Pros:

Perfect location, good breakfast, rooms were good size and clean!! Loved the complimentary drink vouchers, nice touch

Cons:

No parking, but you could park in front of hotel on the main road, hotel was a bit dated but no complaints here at the price!!
