Pros:

Очень хороший, красивый отель! Хорошее, большое джакузи под открытым воздухом. Большая территория. Хорошая кровать! Вкусный хороший завтрак по типу буфет.

Cons:

Плохой интернет, постоянно отваливается, в саду не ловит.

Lugar, comida y servicio extraordinario!
Pros:

Maravilloso lugar con muchos lindos recuerdos, cada día está mejor, muy bien cuidado. El personal muy dispuesto, cordial y servicial. Tuvimos una celebración familiar que resultó extraordinaria gracias al apoyo del peronal de eventos y del Hotel. Muchas gracias!

Pros:

The place exceed our expectation, There is large territory, they even have their own church(chapel) built in 1883 year, and football field :) We had a unit with large balcony and spectacular mountain view. A lot of flowers and orchid garden are there, ponds with fishes and ducks, you can ride a horse there. The swimming pool is rather small for a place that is potentially 5 stars hotel.

We didnt sleep well due to the issues with the mattress but it was a lovely place to stay overall
Pros:

Location was excellent and the gardens and facilities were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, I loved my omelette!

Cons:

Although the room was lovely and spacious with two large beds and an amazing view of the gardens and mountains, because the bed mattress was much too hard for us and the blankets also were heavy and stiff it lead to an unrestful night with very little sleep

Un verdadero paraiso para descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.
Pros:

El desayuno excelente, tambien la atencion del personal, todos muy amables y atentos. El lugar es hermoso, un paraiso de orquideas, y pajaros, colibries, y animalitos. El lago es un lugar muy pacifico y hermoso. Hay una gran extension de terreno para caminar, andar en bici o a caballo. Hay cancha de tenis, y la piscina y el jacuzzi son temperados. Es muy tranquilo por la noche para descansar y la comida excelente¡

Lugar espectacular, pero están descuidando detalles
Pros:

Hermoso lugar rodeado de naturaleza y una linda arquitectura. El personal muy amable y atento. Diego Armando nos recibió de gran manera y la recepción siempre estuvo con muy buena disposición.

Cons:

A pesar del esfuerzo del personal, hay problemas de fondo. El desayuno parece bueno, pero no lo es. En 3 días era una hazaña poder tener queso y jamón, nunca estuvo completo con todo lo disponible. Las habitaciones que me tocaron se pasaban de rústicas para parecer viejas y descuidadas. La ducha nunca funcionó correctamente, tuve que llamar para que revisaran. Es mi tercera visita y esta fue la menos satisfactoria.
