Un buen lugar para estar
Pros:

Personal amable y resolutivo. Camas cómodas. Cocina bien equipada. Buenos ducha. Detalles del agua y las galletas de bienvenida. Puedes graduar el aire acondicionado y apagarlo si lo deseas.

Cons:

Por decir alguna cosa, un poco de descordinación antes de nuestra llegada pero se arregló muy fácilmente con una llamada.

La cercanía al metro, la abundancia de aparcamiento y mercadona cerca (muy útil cuando puedes cocinar).

Cons:

No estaba sucio pero tampoco súper limpio. La verdad es que me ha parecido un poco caro para tener una sola habitación abierta, tipo estudio.

Pros:

Room is spacious with cooking facilities if you prefer to cook by yourself. Underground private parking is available at 15€/night. Opening and closing of the gate at main entrance and car park required app download on your phone which provides complete safety during our stay. Staff was available during daytime for any enquiries amd assistance. Nice place to stay and it's not too far away from city centre.

Poco recomendable, falta de profesionalidad

El apartamento esta genial, comodisimo y limpio

Cons:

A la hora de hacer el checkin no te envian un email con las instrucciones despues de haberlo rellenado online, llegas y te encuentras que no hay nadie en recepcion y te toca hablar por telefono con alguien que debe estar gestionando varios apartamentos. Con la primera chica que hable no me soluciono nada, luego un chico me dijo como poder acceder al garaje para dejar el coche y recoger las llaves pero nadie me indico el codigo para las puertas de entrada al hotel.
La recepcion continuaba vacia y cerrada,la chica no tenia la culpa ya que estaba con otras tareas 🤔.
Hasta el segundo dia me toco entrar furtivamente por el garaje, situacion vergonzosa y totalmente fuera de lugar.
Resumiendo organizacion lamentable y una falta de profesionalidad que lastra unas instalaciones fabulosas consiguiendo dejarte muy mal recuerdo.

C’est que nous avons aimé dans cet établissement, c’est que nous avons soit à disposition restaurant, jeux pour les enfants, piscine.

Ce que nous avons pas aimé dans cet établissement, c’est le manque de transparence sur les prix, des tarification qui changent constamment pour pouvoir profiter des touristes, j’ai trouvé ça très décevant

Pros:

The family suite was really spacious and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay.

The staff are really helpful and they kept communication with us through Whatsapp.

We even forgot a personal item in the room and they kept it for us to pick it up.

Cons:

If you plan to visit the city center it will take you around 30min by taxi

Nice comfortable property, good value for money, close to metro.
Pros:

Beautiful property, comfortable and very clean.
Lovely staff (although reception is not always open)
There is a parking so that’s great, and the metro is close by (yellow line direct to Sol/Callao).
