The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I was attending a conference so the location worked really well. However it’s a bit outside the city but there’s a train.
The location was 5 minutes from the conference I was attending, which was fantastic.
The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and quick to heat up, the WiFi was fast, the room very large and felt spacious, modern design. Kitchen had everything necessary, including a large fridge.
My biggest gripe was the reception service, which was terrible.
Full story: My flight was canceled due to strikes. I contacted the hotel by phone: no answer. I contacted by Booking.com: no answer. I finally managed to get a hold of them through WhatsApp messaging. I notified them I would arrive at 13h00 the next day and asked if that was okay, to which they literally replied "Yes!". The next day, while in the taxi to the hotel they sent me a message: "When will you be arriving?", and I replied as agreed upon the day before: "At 13h00", which was in 20 minutes. I didn't receive another message. When arriving, the hotel gate was closed. I tried calling and messaging them, without any answer. Luckily another hotel guest arrived and let me through the gate. She told me that she arrived the day before and had to wait 2 and half hours before she got a hold of reception to let her into the hotel. I said "no way I am waiting that long, I have a conference to go to and I'm already 4 hours late". So I addressed a cleaning lady who happened to pass by, to please contact ANYONE to let me into my room. After 30 minutes going back and forth, we finally managed to get a hold of the receptionist who then, very annoyed and non-friendly, gave me my key. In total that took me 1 and half hours. Which made me loose even more time at the conference I came for. Terrible check-in experience.
Check-out was fine. It was a different receptionist.
Pardon my rant, but this has never happened before. For a 200+ euro per night, 4 star hotel, this is inexcusable. And apparently I was not the only one with this experience. Do better.
Oh and the room itself was great, but it had ants and a lot of long black hair everywhere from the previous guests. But that's a sidenote, everything else was totally fine.

El alojamiento tenía muchos detalles agradables que hacían la diferencia. Estaba equipado exactamente para lo que se necesitaba. Muy conforme con nuestra estadía.

Reception is very poor. There's hardly anyone there to sort you out in case of issues. I waited outside the gate for two hours before checking in. No staff at the reception as at 3pm I got there, you have to call a number and the person on the other side will say because I booked through booking.com they don't have my details so I have to wait outside until she sends a form to my email for me to provide my complete details including my credit card details even after I have paid through booking. It's very frustrating. A hotel of that quality and standard should have a dedicated reception.

La atencion del personal, la habitacion era excelente y todos los servicios y limpieza muy buenos.
Creo que deberian aclarar mejor como contactar la recepcion. Yo ya habia leido otros comentarios y no tuve problemas pero vi mucha gente confundida durante la estadia.
