Great hotel and rooms

Cons:

I am still waiting after 25 days for the hotel to return my deposit / hold they take at check in. This is post me chasing number of times. Absolutely abysmal service.

Really nice place to visit...once
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. I was there for a conference and the conference rooms were very nice (just really cold)

Cons:

I would have loved to have breakfast included as part of our stay! The restaurant inside the hotel had extremely slow service and very pricey. Unfortunately, there weren't many nearby places to eat.
A shuttle to the airport would also be very handy

Fijn hotel op perfecte locatie
Pros:

Locatie was perfect. Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden, huur fietsen om de hoek. Station op loop afstand. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer!

Cons:

Veel omgevingsgeluid van buiten al in de vroege ochtend. Douche en kraan waren een heel minimale straal.

Le coût de facturation élevé des produits, petit déjeuner une omelette avec du bacon 18$. Valet qui vous saute dessus en arrivant à 70$ la journée. J’attend toujours ma facture de la somme que je vais être dépouillé pour un 5 étoiles mais qui n’en vaut que 4
