Sparkling new property near Union Station
Pros:

Location near my events. Lovely new facilities. Friendly staff great bed and room. Fast elevators. Secure.

Cons:

HVAC was a little weak. Early AM Street noise.

Cons:

The extra charge at check in that I was told would come off my bill, at the end of my stay, but it did not. And we were told it was happy hour in the restaurant at the time we checked in and even told the bartender we were here for happy hour, but evidently there is a different menu one must use to get happy hour prices. We were unaware of that and never given that menu. So much for happy hour!
