Disappointing will not return, personally I would only rate this hotel at 2•
Pros:

The location was useful for us visiting family that is it

Cons:

No hot water for 5 days
A complaint to reception did no good so we put up with it. Very noisy with doors slamming at all hours and rooms not sound proofed. Swimming pool looks great in the pictures but in reality it was dirty I got in and could not see my feet, so I got out immediately and showered, broken loungers also. Rooms without windows which I could not get used to, which also gave the rooms a very musty smell which the hotel are obviously in aware of because all of the unoccupied rooms had there doors propped open to ventilate them, also you did not know the weather or whether it was light or dark outside. There is only one elevator serving all rooms and this has got to be the slowest, constant waiting for it to arrive. Very busy and noisy road outside. There is better value around for the same price or less

Dans cet hotel, on sent à peine arrivé que ça va bien se passer !
Pros:

La piscine est super avec à côté des tables où l'on peut manger. Le personnel est adorable.
L'hôtel est situé dans une zone plus tranquille et largement moins brillante que le centre-ville, qui est accessible tres rapidement.

Je réfléchi ...mais je ne trouve rien à redire.
