Le meilleur séjour de ma vie
Pros:

J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtel dans ma vie mais c’est le meilleur que j’ai fait. Le personnel etait incroyable. L’accueil etait impeccable. Surtout Salah et ahmad qui étaient des employés à l’écoute et très respectueux.

Great experience with unbelievable staff.
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, the breakfast was also very good and plentiful. The rooms were spacious enough, free water & coffee provided by the hotel. I cannot stress enough how good the staff is, they are the definition of hospitality. Rooms were fairly clean, no noise coming from the outside even though it’s in a busy area.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated, could use a refresh.

Cozy rooms, amazing staff, great deal!
Pros:

Beautiful location just off the main road in Ortaköy for some peace and quiet while still feeling connected to everything. Thanks to the nicest receptionists one could ask for, we felt so well cared for, and a special shout out to Ahmed! Big windows, nice furniture, and clean at a great price.

Pros:

Нам очень понравился этот отель. Мы остановились здесь на три дня, точнее — на два с половиной дня. Приехали ночью, и с первых минут почувствовали очень тёплую, дружелюбную атмосферу.

Нас встретил сотрудник ночной смены Абдулла — молодой, приятный и очень вежливый парень. Также хочется отметить менеджера Салиха, Ахмеда и всю команду отеля. Персонал здесь действительно очень дружный, внимательный и гостеприимный.

Нам всегда предлагали чай и кофе, помогли с чемоданами и занесли их прямо в номер. Когда мы попросили заказать такси, нам всё быстро организовали, проводили до машины и помогли донести багаж. Особенно приятно было внимание Ахмеда — он очень заботливо нас проводил.

Номер был очень чистый и уютный. Отдельно хочется отметить девушку Чумен — очень приятная и внимательная сотрудница. Мы попросили поменять постельное бельё, и всё сразу сделали. Постель была белоснежная, свежая и чистая. Номер убирали каждый день, что нам очень понравилось. Главное — просто попросить, и персонал старается всё выполнить.

Отель небольшой, всего два этажа, но внутри очень уютно, чисто и приятно. Здесь действительно можно расслабиться и отдохнуть. Атмосфера лёгкая, добрая и тёплая, как будто находишься в месте, где о тебе заботятся.

Güvenilir ve Konuksever Ortam....
Pros:

Öncelikle depreme dayanıklı çelik bir yapı olması ve sadece 2 kattan oluşması, bu oteli ilk tercih sebebimdi. Daha sonra otele gittiğim zaman, otelin konumu, odaların genişliği, personelin yardımseverliği, geceleri bölgenin nispeten sessiz ve güvenilir olması otelin öenmli artıları. Otele ulaşım için karayolu kullanmak zorunda değilsiniz ki bu İstanbul gibi trafiğin eziyete dönüşebileceği bir şehirde çok öenmli bir husus. Sabiha Gökçen havalimanından metro ile Kadıköy'e gelip, ordan da feribot ile ortaköy'e ulaşmak hem en ucuz hem de en zahmetsiz tercih olur. İstanbul'a tekrar geldiğim zaman yine bu otelde kalacağım.

Cons:

Kahvaltı seçeneğinin müşterilere sunulması önemli bir artı olabilir. Ayrıca odalarda kıyafetlerin konulabileceği kapalı bir dolap bence öenmli bir eksiklikti.

The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. It's reasonably priced, centrally located and despite being in the middle of a busy area, is on a quiet street - we had no particular issues with noise
