Fine for budget travel and short stay
Pros:

Nice apartment with good pool, great for short stay during non-peak times

Cons:

Unfortunately hotels too close to airport, lots of airplane noise. Very poor cancellation policy, I recommend no one books a non-refundable stay, for change of dates or cancellation they attempted to charge myself and my mom €500 on top of what we already paid, just a warning!

Pros:

Bonito hotel muito bem localizado a uns 200 m da melhor praia de Puerto del Carmen. O hotel dispõe de quartos ou aparamentos grandes e confortaveis. A comida era boa. Pessoal simpático, disponível e simpático. A limpeza era diária. Trasportes públicos muito perto. Acesso para pessoas com dificuldade motora.

It’s the staff that really make this place, all of them were wonderful

Sejour agreable et reposant
Pros:

Le personnel (accueil, service ...) est bienveillant , au top avec les vacanciers. Au restaurant les employes parlent plusieurs langues pour nous etre agreables. L’appartement spacieux et bien ageance. Les amenagements exterieurs sont superbes. La situation geographique est favorable afin de visiter l’ ile.

We had a great time, definitely be back!

Location is brilliant, cleanliness of the entire hotel is just second to none

Breakfast was okay, if you were there any time past 9am the food and choice just wasn't as good.

La ubicación muy buena. Está a poca distancia de los sitios más emblemáticos de la isla

Cons:

El desayuno, no encontré variedad, creo que está enfocado en el turismo británico, y para mí faltaban frutas. Solo había melón y algunos días sandía. Incomprensible que estando en canarias no hubiera plátanos, creo yo. Y el resto de comida muy británica , judías, salchichas, beicon etc. pero poca variedad si no quieres llenarte de grasa por la mañana temprano
