Location and easy parking

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, todo el personal muy amable, nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días y cambiaron toallas. Amenidades súper bien, espacioso y limpio.

Cons:

Lo único que podrían ver es el tema de las toallas en la piscina, cuando fuimos no habían y tuvimos que llamar para que llevaran

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy central y cerca de todo. Las habitaciones son grandes, silenciosas y tienen todo lo necesario. El personal es amable. El desayuno no estaba incluido en mi reserva pero lo pagamos adicional y es muy rico. Sin duda volvería, lo recomiendo!

Cons:

Detalles pequeños, las camas son muy blandas para mí, pero entiendo que es un gusto personal. Fueron estrictos con la hora de check out, a las 12.30 estaban llamando para cargar otra noche a la tarjeta, sin embargo expliqué que ya estábamos saliendo y no hubo ningún problema.

I will not book with any other hotels from now on.
Pros:

The property was beyond expectations. The room was very clean, and had a pleasant smell. Very ample space for four people. The bathroom was larger than expected.

Ótima localização
Pros:

É nossa segunda estadia, a localização é excelente, vamos a pé ao Orlando Icon, que têm vários restaurantes e atrações.

Fizemos a opção com café da manhã e gostamos bastante.

O quarto é bem limpo, espaço e sem carpete. O chuveiro é bom, com amenidades e o estacionamento é gratuito.

Cons:

A única coisa que poderíamos sugerir é aumentar a iluminação do quarto, é um pouco escuro.

Not a great pool area
Pros:

I liked the staff in the bar, shop and cafe
Large comfy rooms and very clean. Plus the pool towels were great

Cons:

I've still not received my security payments back and that's not good
The pool area is in need of attention, no umbrellas worked, we reported it and nothing was done, we used twigs from the garden to keep them up
Reception staff were always on there phones and didnt really care if they helped you or that was the impression they gave

Idéal et confortable !
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les parcs! L’hôtel offre un service de bus pour aller au Magic Kingdom, EPCOT et Universal. L’hôtel donne accès à un centre aquatique et un fitness énorme ! Toutes les meilleures machines neuves, c’est excellent ! La chambre était très spacieuse avec deux grands lits pour 2 personnes. Le parking est relativement grand et gratuit !
