Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is very family-friendly, with excellent facilities for children. The kids’ club was a great addition and kept the children entertained with different activities. There are also good sports facilities, including tennis, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it’s a great choice for families with children.

Cons:

The elevator, left, or Asansour is the worst experience I ever had in my whole life. It takes so long to either go up or down. It is not smart. You click the 5th floor, then it takes you down to the lowest floor (-1) to pick someone and take you up again (I was at the 4th floor and just wanted to go up by one floor).


Also, at the breakfast, one female staff impolitely asks my family to rate the hotel at google maps, how impressive!!!
