Smelt lovely when we walked in, cleaners all make sure the rooms are beautiful and the booking staff were great too
Pros:

Really clean and cool on a hot day was lovely

Cons:

A lot of stairs however well and able to walk them they kept the building cool enough to manage. That was literally the only fault

easy to use but I wont recommend it if your plan is to stay for more than one day.
Pros:

I had a meeting with my customer in Warrington nearby the station that is the reason I choose this hotel.

Cons:

in the outdoor window was a kind of machine for the air I guess that was making some noise making my sleep very difficult. And the view from the 3rd floor was a carpark......

Excellent location with bars and restaurants nearby.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable and the bed was EPIC!!

Cons:

We have stayed before a few times and have always enjoyed our stay.

Access is through a code sent to you prior to your time of arrival, we had booked an early check in and were asked twice by people who obviously hadn't, to allow them access via our code - we didn't, but could live without having to have an awkward conversation every time we came in/went out.

I appreciate it's difficult to stop, but it did detract a little bit from our normally excellent experience.

Pros:

Central location - air con 👌 - great living facilities.

Cons:

Not to not like - but nobody on site but your provided with a number to call if you need anything.
Stayed here lots so it’s not an issue.

Second year for us staying here. Absolutely love it here. Staff go beyond to make our stay everything we need and more.
Pros:

As always it was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing but if I had to say something… no lift, and my case is heavy, but that’s down to my packing!

Safe, secure and comfortable.
Pros:

As a lone female, the building was extremely secure as you have to go through 3 doors with pin pads and also again for your room and once in the room, there was also a chain on my door. This is the safest I have ever felt travelling alone.
The house keeping staff were very pleasant. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Location is fantastic, 7 minute walk to train station and less to the town centre. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and right next to Par Hall for concerts.
