Personale top. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Organizzazione struttura un mezzo disastro.
Pros:

La posizione è la cosa migliore dell'hotel. Pieno centro di Canazei.

Cons:

Gestione del ristorante e dell'unico bar "esterna". Nonostante l'alta stagione il martedì è turno di chiusura. Pertanto per tutto il martedì nell'intero hotel non c'è un posto dove bere o mangiare qualcosa.
Parcheggi pochi e scomodi. Molto stretti e manovre molto difficili.
Comunque struttura internamente un pò vecchia (bagni tutti da rifare).

Haven to return every evening.
Pros:

Grand size rooms with special ambience and amenities. The breakfast was great and service was great. Sylvana at the front desk had great recommendations.
We enjoyed the spa everyday. Sauna spa hot tub saunas and steam room.
A bit of renovation going on early but otherwise great place

Pros:

Przyjemny hotel, z ogromną dbałością o czystość, ale dość przeciętnymi i monotonnymi śniadaniami. Za urozmaicenie posiłku z karty, trzeba niestety dopłacać.
