客服服务不错，打电话和信息都有及时接和处理（加沐浴露，加多两个被子）。房型不错，地点不错，价格不错。猫可爱，有饮水机。外面设计不错

Cons:

干净度有待加强（4号房），墙壁发霉，地毯有污渍，二楼风扇老旧很大声，冲凉水量很弱，沐浴露和洗发水没有，二楼清洁不到位（有香蕉皮），煲水机还有前顾客留下的水。厕所门难开，有块玻璃没来（刚好帮助更好开门）

Bilik cantik, bersih, selesa & astectic. View luar bilik lawa, boleh jadi tempat bergambar.

Cons:

Bilik located betul² atas kedai makan chinese, laluan masuk naik ke bilik kena lalu bahagian dapur kedai makan tersebut. Ada tv, tapi tidak boleh on. Whatsapp owner, tapi tiada respond. Aircond kena on lama sikit baru rasa sejuk.

Bad experience. Not recommended
Cons:

No toiletries. Air conditioner and fan not functioning. There is stand-fan but not enough for us. The heater for bathroom not functioning too. No coffee sachets/snacks at all. The surrounding quite smelly and hidden. Not recommended especially for muslim & people who care for cleanliness.

The property is very affordable and comfortable to stay. The staff responds to messages quickly and friendly. The amenities are complete and easily accessible. Overall, it was a nice stay and would love to repeat again.

Cons:

The overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. It has a great blend of comfort and convenience,right in the heart of Jalan Burma.

Cons:

The soundproofing between the rooms was quite poor.Unfortunately,the walls were thin enough that I could clearly hear intimate activites from the neighboring room, which made the stay rather uncomfortable.
