Als erstes viel der Staub unter jeglichen Möbeln auf, es wurde wenn überhaupt oberflächlich gefegt/gewischt. Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen nicht der Realität, wenn überhaupt sind sie vor langem kurz nach oberflächlicher Renovierung entstanden oder bearbeitet worden. In der zweiten Nacht waren massive Nagegeräusche unter der Küchenzeile zu hören, als ich nachsah waren dort Fressspuren, Rattenkot und Rattenfallen zu sehen. Da dort Rattenfallen standen schien dieses Problem der Ratten bereits bekannt gewesen zu sein, es wurde aber mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Als ich den Vermieter kontaktierte, was sich bis zum Erfolg mehrere Stunden hinzog, wurde eine Erstattung abgelehnt und nach drängen nach einer Lösung lediglich ein neues Zimmer in dem ebenfalls Rattenfallen standen angeboten.

RATS! This property has a severe, active rat infestation with rodents running everywhere, making the entire place completely unsanitary and unsafe to stay in. To make matters worse, management is fully aware of the issue and has numerous historical records of past rat instances on the property, yet they continue to rent it out to unsuspecting guests. Despite forcing me into these disgusting conditions, they flatly refuse to issue a refund. Save your money and your health, avoid this place at all costs, as management is entirely dishonest and has zero care for customer safety.

Air con did not work. Alarm outside the apartment door was constantly with a high pitch noise that made it hard to sleep. The bedroom has a sewage smell from the drains in the bathroom

Dirty, everything was broken, smoke alarms broken, windows broken, cooking facilities broken and dirty, Mice excrement everywhere, no staff to complain too, smoke sensor covered with a sock, absolutely disgusting, complained to the owner and booking.com and no help whatsoever, booked for a week and stayed one night, no reply or refund, discusting

Lamentablemente, la experiencia con la gestión del alojamiento no fue buena. Las instrucciones y normas de la casa se enviaron después de haber realizado el pago y, además, aproximadamente una hora después de la hora prevista de entrada. También me resultó incómodo que insistieran en varias ocasiones con normas relacionadas con la prostitución, primero a través de Booking y luego por WhatsApp, sin conocer quién era el huésped ni existir ningún motivo para ello. Considero que la comunicación podría ser más profesional y respetuosa, especialmente cuando se trata de personas que simplemente están disfrutando de sus vacaciones.

Ella dice que no se permite conversaciónes alta durante el día ósea no voy hablar? No se reciben visitas te envían un mensaje de reglas después de que ya hayas pagado no confiable tiene cámaras de seguridad en todo el alojamiento me sentí vigilado 24/7

不建议入住，不是人住的地方

The only thing i think they could do is fix the shower tray,or at least add a door so that the toilet doesnt flood every time you have a shower,they do provide a sqweedgy though to clear the water.

La ducha es un completo desastre. No tenía puerta, entonces tenía que hacer malabares para no mojar todo el baño.
El lavabo de manos estaba tapado, por lo que se acumulaba agua al instante.
Genial que tenga equipos de cocina, pero... no había ni aceite, ni sal, cosas básicas para cocinar... ni tampoco servilletas de papel!
Papel higiénico había uno solo y estaba casi terminado.
Las leches proporcionadas con los cafés, estaban vencidas, se notaba que estaban ahí hace muchísimo tiempo.
Y esto podría no nombrarlo, pero lo haré como crítica constructiva :) Aterricé en Amsterdam a las 9am y reservé ese mismo día (viendo que había 2 departamentos idénticos disponibles: ambos por el mismo precio en Booking) por lo que me atreví a pedir un early check-in pero sorprendentemente me dijeron que no podía entrar antes porque la gente anterior no se había ido aún. Y cuando ingreso me doy cuenta que es un depto totalmente dejado.... se notaba que nadie entraba hacía bastante tiempo.
Los pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia ;) tengan en cuenta estas cosas por favor!
