The only thing i think they could do is fix the shower tray,or at least add a door so that the toilet doesnt flood every time you have a shower,they do provide a sqweedgy though to clear the water.

La ducha es un completo desastre. No tenía puerta, entonces tenía que hacer malabares para no mojar todo el baño.
El lavabo de manos estaba tapado, por lo que se acumulaba agua al instante.
Genial que tenga equipos de cocina, pero... no había ni aceite, ni sal, cosas básicas para cocinar... ni tampoco servilletas de papel!
Papel higiénico había uno solo y estaba casi terminado.
Las leches proporcionadas con los cafés, estaban vencidas, se notaba que estaban ahí hace muchísimo tiempo.
Y esto podría no nombrarlo, pero lo haré como crítica constructiva :) Aterricé en Amsterdam a las 9am y reservé ese mismo día (viendo que había 2 departamentos idénticos disponibles: ambos por el mismo precio en Booking) por lo que me atreví a pedir un early check-in pero sorprendentemente me dijeron que no podía entrar antes porque la gente anterior no se había ido aún. Y cuando ingreso me doy cuenta que es un depto totalmente dejado.... se notaba que nadie entraba hacía bastante tiempo.
Los pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia ;) tengan en cuenta estas cosas por favor!

We did not like the refridgerator only had one temperater - frozen, so the take home food we brought back got completely frozen. The coffee maker did not work. The shower was handheld and made it very messy and wet every time we showered. We ran out of of toilet paper, and when I asked the cleaning staff for some they said sure, but never brought us any.

The first thing that left me disappointed was unresponsive customer service, we tried contacting them a few times about our issues with our stay, but no response.
The second problem was that the hair dryer was not functioning which we weren’t aware of before our stay, we tried to contact the staff who again were not responding.
And the biggest issue about our stay was that we found a rat in our room which made this experience a lot less enjoyable. Then we tried to contact the customer service and were left without a response again.

Broken amenities, not attended by management, not clean, not enough provisions of towels, pillows, & cases, no action regarding faulty hairdryer, & no regard to broken lights in bedroom. We have videos to document all the above.

Pictures looks better then reality, flat looks tired and so much used, it was okay but expectations and reality didn’t match with price

Es hat zwar gerade gereicht aber die Küchenausstattung war absolut mangelhaft (3 Messer, 1Esslöffel, 2 Gabeln) Ich hatte zufällig wg Picknick während der Busfahrt selbst ein bisschen Besteck dabei.
Die Halterung der Geschirrmaschinentür war verbogen, kein Bügeleisen vorhanden, obwohl angekündigt……und das schlimmste war, wir hatten gleich vom 2.Tag an Mäuse im Küchenbereich / Abfalleimer, die dann auch auf das Sofa liefen! Es kam ein sehr nettes Paar vom Housekeeping vorbei ( eine Maus rannte direkt an ihnen vorbei !! ) reinigte gründlich unter den Betten und im Abfalleimerbereich und verstopfte einige Löcher . Ein von uns gewünschter Apartment Wechsel war nicht möglich wg. Ausbuchung der Apartments an dem Tag. Wir haben weitere Mäuse im Mülleimer „gefangen“ (4Stück !)
Ein Tag vor unserer Abfahrt hätten wir (von jetzt auf sofort!!!) das Apartment wechseln können aber wg. eines Zeitfenster-Termins im Museum ging es zeitlich nicht und wir blieben dort!
Wir haben uns ein bisschen mehr Eigeninitiative und Engagement vom Musea Hotel &Apartment gewünscht, auf das Problem einzugehen und uns sofort entgegen zu kommen!
