Excelente hotel, a primer impresión te das cuenta que es nuevo, bien cuidado y con buena ubicación.
La habitación que nos tocó estaba súper bien, con toallas limpias pero nosotros siempre cargamos con las nuestras, había secadora de cabello, plancha, mini refrigerador, en la televisión había buenos canales, la verdad estuvimos súper agusto.

If I could’ve stayed at a different hotel I would have

From the very beginning the front desk agent was very rude, made us feel like we were an inconvenience especially if we asked for anything… advised them that our room was not properly cleaned, toilet had what looked like feces streaks in it, hair on bathroom floor, sink, and tub front desk said housekeeping will be notified… housekeeping was rude never gave us towels when asked several times … we had to dump our own trash and basically had to reuse our same towels all weekend… I had three rooms and we all were treated like this… I got a text asking about our stay and rated it a 2 then texted again asking when will be a good time to talk and I texted back after 5 and guess what no response or follow up call… will not be staying here again…

Desayuno, limpieza de todo el hotel y habitación. Ubicación (para lo que necesitaba que era ir al ATT Stadium). Etc.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, por ahi el desayuno podría servirce hasta algo más tarde.

The hotel must be having financial problem with cutting services during stay. False advertisement of services
Pros:

The mattress was comfortable.

Cons:

Property had an Oder. The phone system was not working. You had to walk down stairs to talk to front desk. Messages full and front desk said it has been awhile since system broken. Soap and lotion empty in containers in bathroom. I selected a hotel with a pool that advertises a pool but it was closed and staff did not know when it would be open. The breakfast was scheduled at 9:00 to end. The front desk turned off lights in food area at 8:47. Then they had a kitchen person start removing items from the food station when there was a line to get food and a full seating area. This is so rude to shut down early and false advertisement.

Room was nice, front desk lady was not
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The lady that checked us in was rude and indifferent. When we showed up, she wasn't at the desk so we waited for her to arrive. As soon as she arrived, she was very blunt; no smile, no "customer service voice," and just acted like she hated being there. When I asked for a late check out while she was processing our reservation, she huffed and then shove the keys at me and said 401. Didn't answer about a late check out, didn't ask us how late we were hoping to check out, or explain hotel policy for a late check out, just shoved the keys in my face.

Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! It’s clean and everything was nice!
