My partner and I booked the ritz as part of our secret elopement, never have I felt more cared for and welcomed at a hotel. The staff on both days (2 female) one was Irish (so sorry I can’t remember both of your names) were fantastic, we were able to check in at 8am and they were so kind and welcoming, everything was smooth. We even arrived back to our room greeted by a bottle of champagne! We will be back every year for our anniversary! Thank you girls x

Great breakfast and in room dining options, staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, very good room, great storage

Cons:

Couldn't make the lights any brighter than what was on offer, quite dark in the bathroom and walk in robe
