Overall good but initial faults/ maintenance plus cleanliness of bathroom dampened down the experience

Pros:

This hotel is amazing in everything! Starting from warm greetings while check-inn, ending helpful staff, big room (flat!) equipped with everything necessary and good location!
Step by step:
We arrived in early morning, and hotel team help us to hire taxi, so we got to hotel fast and comfortable.
We have booked 3 rooms, for 1, for 2, and big flat for 4 people on the 8 floor. All rooms were spacious, clean and bright! Really huge! The kitchen has a large fridge, stove and everything you need. Good powerful air condition. Also there was watching machine and dryer on the balcony.
On the 1 floor (lobby) where was a restaurant with good home cuisine and nice beer.
Place was quiet, the way to the beach is about 7 min, to the nearest supermarket 1 min, a lot of cafes and other facility also near.

Great location, comfortable, not bad value.
Pros:

Location was good. Close enough to walk to good restaurants, barbers, beauty salons and bars but calm and quiet. Restaurant in lobby is excellent, great coffee - they actually specialise in stuffed spuds which looked great even though we didn’t try them.

Cons:

Pool was on roof but no cover or proper seating to speak of. Tiles around the pool were searing hot so not a great cooling off experience.

Great studio apartment for a long stay
Pros:

We spent four weeks in a studio apartment and we absolutely loved our stay. The location was great and on a less busy street than some in the area. The space worked perfectly for us and we loved our mornings and evenings on the balcony. The staff was very kind and always responsive. We hope to return next year and would love to have our exact apartment!

Cons:

The bed was a little hard but that is common in this part of the world. We still slept great

Great place all though expensive compared to other accommodation in the area
Pros:

Handy having more space compared to a hotel room

Cons:

Pool was very warm and lots of construction happening in the area it wasn’t noisy just made walking around the streets tricky

Great Value, Great Location
Pros:

Location, Friendly staff and owner.
Good value. Short walk to beach.

Cons:

We found the lift was not cleaned the whole month we stayed. Dirty floor and dirty walls. Needs to be cleaned.
