Gutes Hotel in Seenähe
Pros:

Wir waren auf Radtour um den Bodensee. Check-in hatte ich für uns 5 Frauen zuhause bereits durchgeführt. Vor Ort haben wir das mit der Zimmer-Karte nicht selbst hinbekommen. Problemlos kann man anrufen und dann erhielten wir Hilfe. Fahrräder können in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei mit Frühstücksangebot war in sichtbarer Nähe. Gute Lage zum See.

Kurzaufenthalt in einem neuen Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und ebenso das Bad. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und keine Kaffeemaschine/ Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Dame die es zubereitet hat, ist ausgesprochen sympathisch.

Cons:

Das Einchecken hat sich als nicht so einfach erwiesen. Ein Bewohner des Hauses hat uns ein paar Tipps gegeben, dann hat es funktioniert.

Smartes Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit vielen Abstellmöglichkeiten- für 2 Personen genug
Frühstück war vielfältig
Super Spa Bereich mit toller Aussicht am See und es gab sogar Bademäntel und Hausschuhe
Fahrradraum war gut zugänglich und es gab genug Platz, auch Steckdosen

Cons:

Rechnung kann man nicht öffnen
Check out
es gab kein Klimaanlage (zwar eine Standventilator - eher unnötig)
Fenster öffnen eher unmöglich da der Bahnhof und die Straße vor der Tür sehr laut waren

Bien dans l'ensemble. Check in à améliorer pour les clients étrangers.
Pros:

La chambre propre et confortable.
La gentillesse de la personne au petit déjeuner, seule membre du personnel que nous avons rencontrée.
Le parking souterrain, par contre, pas très grand en rapport du nombre de chambres.

Cons:

Le check in autonome uniquement en allemand. Le minimum serait d'ajouter l'anglais.
Heureusement qu'un client sympathique l'a réalisé à notre place.
