Wir waren das erste Mal in einem b-smart hotel. Für eine preisgünstige Übernachtung ist diese Art mit Selbst-check-in eine sehr gute Alternative. Ein vetrauter Umgang mit dem Smartpohn und modernen Zahlungs- sowie Zugangssystemen wird aber vorausgesetzt.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss stimmt absolut. Die Qualität der Einrichtungen ist sehr gut, es wurden gute und ansprechene Materialien ausgewählt.
Wir haben uns hier gut gefühlt, werden aber zukünftig weiterhin, wenn immer möglich, Hotels mit direktem Personalkontakt bevorzugen.
