It was acceptable good value for money
Pros:

The location was acceptable, the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom smelled very bad, the carpets were dirty, the couch had stains and the balcony was very dirty. The drawer was full of EMPTY bottles.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay with convenient location and diverse dining options.
Pros:

The property is located within walking distance of Taksim Square, which is a lovely place to visit. Nearby, there are many food options, including Western, Turkish, Indian, and Pakistani cuisine.

Cons:

As we have booked three rooms and each room has a small kitchen, we would prefer one large kitchen with more facilities, including an oven and a washing machine.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and overall it offered excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Everything was as described and met our expectations.

The great place I always seem to go back to
Pros:

The location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. I was about to miss my flight and the day manager gave me a lift to ferry so I could catch the metro on the other side of the strait. They are very solution oriented.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Istanbul
Pros:

Really nice and quiet place in this city, not loud at night. Nevertheless there are stores and supermarkets around. The hotel staff is also very kind and willing to help you almost anytime. The rooms are very cozy, a little smaller than in a picture. If you need to go to a store you might need to know that the road winds its way uphill

Clean comfy flat in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

- The location is great. Its few minutes walk from a very busy vibrant street (Istiklal Street ).
- It is exceptionally clean
- Two bedroom flat is perfect for families

Cons:

Some maintenance is required. It would be great if owners check the kettle, the shower and the cabinet doors handles and the safety box needs to be fixed to the wall so it can does the job. Otherwise, everything was great.

Pros:

I was provided and wonderful complementary breakfast due to an error on the room I was given. The staff is very kind and attentive. The location is perfect and close to Istiklal Road, Taksim Square and also the Cihangir District. Definitely recommend.

Pésima y Terrible experiencia
Pros:

Absolutamente Nada.

Cons:

El alojamiento completamente en mal estado, descuidado en todos los aspectos de su insfraestructura y ambientes que podríamos calificar hasta sucios.
Programamos nuestra estancia para 4 noches pero desde la llegada experimentamos olores desagradables, humedad en todas las habitaciones, sábanas manchadas, filtraciones de agua en todos los sanitarios y al ducharse también filtraciones de agua por las cabinas de baño, fugas de agua a chorro desde los aires acondicionados al activarlos y pisos de la duchas de los baños en pésimo estado y sin aparente adecuada limpieza.
La experiencia fue tan terrible que al siguiente día decidimos dejar el alojamiento y buscar otra reserva teniendo que asumir gastos adicionales durante el viaje.
Las imágenes no coinciden absolutamente en nada con el estado actual de las instalaciones y no recomendamos reservas.
