Very disappointing.
Pros:

NOthing much.

Cons:

Untidy, not well maintained. Restaurant closed (permanently) when we arrived although advertised.

OK, EXTREMELY AVERAGE. WONT STAY THERE AGAIN.

NO BREAKFAST. FRONT STAFF UNHELPFUL.NO ABC ON TV, STAFF TRIED TO FIX BUT DIDN’T GET BACK TO ME WHEN THEY FAILED. NO UMBRELLAS OFFERED THOUGH I WAAS WALKING 20 MINUTES TO AND FROM CENTRE OF TOWN EVERY DAY.SEE ABOVE

I would stay again.
Pros:

Staff and management were lovely and It was easy for my sister and I - she has a disability

Cons:

I couldn't figure out the cleaning routine. Clean cups and glasses every couple of days would have gone a long way

Perhaps the best place to stay in Winton… better than the other two anyways
Pros:

Large room, great undercover parking easy walk to town. Bottles of water tea coffee milk all refilled each day. Clean towels and sheets.
The housekeeping staff were great.

Cons:

Rooms dated particularly the bathroom. Pool uninviting

Not very pretty, no plants anywhere, front fence looks like it needs a good paint, pool uninviting.

Acceptable.
Cons:

Too much noise outside room (there was a picnic table there and chairs). No breakfast available in the morning. Staff were less than cordial and insisted on immediate payment.

At $200p/n I wouldn’t choose to stay here again
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The room was clean-ish. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There were wet towels hanging behind the bathroom door. The property itself needs a lot of TLC. The gardens need attending. The gazebo looks like it hadn’t had a weed eater around the legs for months. The whole place looks unloved. The rooms need an array of crockery as no wine glasses or plates ect.

Pros:

The room was tidy

Cons:

- parking isnt marked so we couldn't park in front of our room as someone else was parked there
- we could EVERYTHING the people in the room next to us were doing
- guest got into an argument out the front of the rooms
- if someone in another room was having a shower we lost all hot water and pressure

Quiet and peacfull
Pros:

Good size room and quiet location

Cons:

Quilt was stained and someone had tried to clean it leaving a watermark. Also told to roll up a towel to put under the door to stop unwanted guests I would suggest to buy sausage dog from k mart to prevent this

Disappointed
Cons:

Was not informed restaurant was permanently closed until after accom was paid for on arrival, no room service performed, I had to find the cleaners and ask for bins to be emptied on 2nd day, blanket on the bed was stained. No cutlery provided. Very Overpriced for standard provided.
