Erica at the reception was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The restaurant food is great. The room and hotel decore are so great.

Cons:

Service at the restaurant can be a bit slow at times and our showert took a while to drain.

Sejurul nostru a fost minunat și ne-a plăcut absolut totul. Locația este deosebită, amplasată la baza muntelui și în apropierea pădurii, într-un cadru care oferă liniște, aer curat și priveliști superbe.

Hotelul este amenajat cu mult bun gust și atenție la detalii, iar conceptul său este cu adevărat special: fiecare cameră dublă are propria tematică, ceea ce oferă o experiență unică și memorabilă. Ne-a impresionat originalitatea și atmosfera deosebită a întregii locații.

Mâncarea a fost foarte bună, cu opțiuni variate pentru toate gusturile, iar personalul a fost extraordinar de amabil, profesionist și mereu disponibil să ajute. Ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți pe toată durata șederii.

Recomandăm cu toată încrederea acest hotel și cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag!

Pros:

A személyzet udvariassága, a Hotel elhelyezkedése, a lakosztály kialakítása, és a finom reggeli. Összességében megvoltunk elégedve

Cons:

1. A felső szinten van a lakosztály, és éjszaka több alkalommal is arra keltünk, hogy az egerek szaladgálnak felettünk, illetve egér ürülék is volt az ágyon érkezésünkkor.
2. Sokat kell várni a mire “felér” a melegvíz
