Vale muito o custo benefício!
Pros:

Localização ótima, perto de muitos bares, mercados, farmácias, estação de metrô, etc. Mesmo estando no centro, é um lugar tranquilo. O café da manhã é uma delícia e bem caseiro, apesar de não ter inúmeros opções - é o suficiente. Os funcionários também foram simpáticos e a recepção nos atendeu prontamente de madrugada. O chuveiro era quente, as toalhas e roupa de cama estavam limpas e todo o resto também.

Cons:

O quarto parece precisar de reformas - principalmente nas janelas, que não fechavam ou tinham algumas partes coladas com fita adesiva. Esteticamente não é muito bonito, apesar de estar muito limpo e organizado. Além disso, ficamos no térreo e pela manhã teve bastante conversa na nossa porta, atrapalhando um pouco o sono.

A localização é muito boa. Perto do bom retiro. O valor foi ok levando em conta a infraestrutura (ruim) do hotel. Hotel vende água e bebidas, isso quebra um galho pra não ter que ir no supermercado. Café da manhã simples, nada demais, mas pelo preço pago tá ok.

Cons:

Hotel extremamente barulhento. Pessoas conversando e ouvindo música no corredor tarde da noite ou de manhã. 2 tomadas somente no quarto. Podia ter um interruptor do lado da cama pra desligar a luz. O hotel precisa de reformas, isso é nítido. Travesseiros poderiam ser mais macios e confortáveis.
