Pros:

The amount of beds was great for our family. It was also really neat being on the water, our last day we got to enjoy watching manatees playing. It was convenient having a restaurant steps away to get dinner when we were too tired from driving to go anywhere and they had vegetarian options. It was very spacious and parking was fine. My husband was thrilled that he could fish off the houseboat, we asked and got permission first.

Cons:

I was a little annoyed that we had to pay a substantial cleaning fee and then were told to clean the dishes and take out the garbage. I would never leave somewhere trashed anyway but it rubbed me the wrong way to pay $150 and then be told to clean.

Beautiful marina with clean, small houseboat
Pros:

Loved the location! Small marina with fishing charters meant fish cleaning on end of dock….brought all kinds of sea life to watch from our patio. Sharks, manatees and tarpons to mention a few. Very clean room and friendly people around.

Cons:

The price was a little steep after adding the cleaning fee.

Pros:

This place was amazing! Super clean and such a great experience. The kids had a wonderful time watching the boats come in with the fish the charters had caught. We will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

We loved the location. It was easy access to all of the fun and historical landmarks in KW. It was also within distance to travel to Bahia Honda state park. The marina itself provided access to fishing, boat charters/rentals, golf cart, kayak and paddleboard rentals as well as a bar and grill on site. We loved watching the Tarpon in the marina. Overall a great location with plenty to do for all ages. We will definitely come back again

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like about our particular cabin was access to the bathroom was through another bedroom. We understand the limited space and it didn't cause any issues per say, it can just be a little uncomfortable doing in your business whilst others are on the boat in the adjoining room. This was not a deal breaker by any means, we all just had to be a little more considerate of others during bathroom times.

Stinky rough-hewn digs for guys on a fishing trip.
Pros:

The Aqua Lodges are cute but ours was sparsely furnished and more suitable for a bunch of guys on a fishing trip than a romantic couple.

Cons:

A working marina, there is a strong odor of fish 24/7. Awful. We couldn't wait to get out & about to drive around & get away from the stench. We did not enjoy the back deck, PU.

Wonderful fun place to stay!
Pros:

It’s a house boat. Super cool being on the water with a nice balance area. Very spacious.

Cons:

Walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors if they are talking loud.
