Neat, Spacious rooms good meal, good service. There is a free shuttle bus also

The service. Very warm and courteous staff

Cons:

I wanted somewhere closer to haram. Especially, that the whether is very sunny in this period. In less sunny moths. It will be perfect. Its about 12 minutes walk to the haram

Disappointing Experience and Unjustified Damage Claim

I was extremely disappointed by the way this issue was handled.

At the time of check-out, one of the staff suddenly instructed the reception to charge me SAR 250, claiming that the toilet seat cover was cracked on one side. During my 35 years of travelling and staying in hotels around the world, I have never encountered such unprofessional treatment.

No room inventory or condition report was provided when I checked in, nor was any existing damage brought to my attention. Therefore, it is unreasonable and unfair to assume that I caused the damage.

The hotel should have conducted a proper investigation before making any accusation. Toilet seat covers are subject to wear and tear, and cracks often develop over time due to poor maintenance or weakening at the hinges. Simply finding a crack does not prove that the guest caused it.

Charging a guest without evidence, inspection records, or an opportunity to discuss the matter is unacceptable. Such behaviour reflects poorly on the hotel's standards and customer service.

Being charged SAR 250 without proof has left me with a very bad impression. What disappointed me even more was not the amount itself, but the apparent greed and lack of professionalism in dealing with a loyal paying customer.

This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Hareme uzaklığı dışında gayet iyiydi. Uzaklık ta kısmen servisle aşılıyordu.
Pros:

Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Otel temiz ve personelin tavrı güzeldi.

Cons:

İnternet yeterli düzeyde değildi. Bazen çekiyor, bazen çekmiyordu ve zayıftı.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. Considering the price, it offered excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle service to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi was a great advantage. The shuttle driver, Mr. Fida Hussain, was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, and we would like to thank him sincerely for his excellent service.

The welcome refreshments, including dates, hot drink and cold drinks, were also a very nice touch. Al-Masjid an-Nabawi is within walking distance as well; we walked the path twice and used the shuttle service the rest of the time. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of service and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was good and clean but there could have been a wider variety of options.

Otel çok temiz ve güzel

Cons:

Akşam servis saatleri erken bitiyordu. 9.30 gibi servisi bitiriyorlar. Namaz da o saate bitiyor zaten.
Ayrıca odada en köşede olduğu için internet çekmiyordu.

سائق الباص الترددي السيد/ فداء حسين ، كان محترم جدا و ذو اخلاق عالية و متعاون الى أبعد حد ، لم نكن نعاني من الانتظار حيث اعطانا رقم جواله الخاص فكنا نتصل به قبل الانتظار لنعرف متى سوف يصل الباص

كذلك طاقم العمل في الاستقبال جميعهم لطقاء و متعاونين

الذي لم يعجبني هو أمر واحد فقط : طلبت الخروج متأخر قليلا أي حتى 3 ظهرا فتفاجئت بالقول أن هناك مبلغ اضافي في حال الخروج متاخرا يصل الى نصف قيمة الغرفة اليومي

لكن المشرف قال لي حسب صلاحياتي من الممكن ان اسمح لك فقط حتى الساعة 2 بعد الظهر بدون دفع مبلغ اضافي
