كانت اقامة ممتازة من اول الاستقبال الى كل فرد من افراد الفندق تحياتنا لكن
Pros:

قريب جدا من الحرم النبوي تقريبا 5دقايق بالسيارة
ايضا يوفر الفندق باصات من والى الحرم

لو من الافضل ان يكون باقة غذاء ايضا

فندقنا كل عام نذهب له .. العامل فى المطعم الذى يأخذ رقم الغرفه مهذب ومحترف .. باصات الحرم تم زيادتها الى باصين شىء جميل .. الطعام متوفر وجميل بالافطار .. مدير المطعم بنفسه رايته يساعد فى تنظيف وانجاز مهام المطعم .. مسؤلو الاستقبال غايه بالادب والاحترام .. القهوة العربيه والتمر بمدخل الفندق موجودة وجميله

اضطررت عند المغادرة ان انتظر حتى يتم فحص الغرفه من قبل ادارة الفندق .. شىء جديد وغير احترافى وغير مقبول .. اضطررت معه ان اجلب اهلى من موقف السياره الى اعلى مرة أخرى حتى بنتهو من الفحص .. ماذا قد نسرقه من الفندق ؟.. اول مرة ارى فندق يجعلنى انتظر حتى يتم فحص الغرفه .. شىء بذئ وغير لائق بالمره

عند الوصول لم يتعاون معي الاستقبال ع بضع ساعات للدخول وانا مريض لايوجد فيهم انسانيه وشفقه على المريض من التعب والوصول من سفر نمت بالاستقبال من التعب والأسعار مرتفعه
