The staff and the location.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the temperature to where it was comfortable. Either too hot or too cold. The beds were uncomfortable

Pros:

Excellent facilities in a great location. I have been to Galveston many times and.stayed at a variety of locations this is by far my favorite. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable.

Poor quality sleep. Don't stay here if you plan to rest.

The morning breakfast, the location.

Cons:

That I couldn't sleep bc of the people above my room jumping off beds and running across the room back and forth until 2am. I called and complained multiple times. Nothing was ever done about it. In town for a major competition and couldn't even get good sleep. The blankets smelled like mildew from sitting in a washer damp too long.
