I loved the location it waa near many food options, nightlife, and shopping!

Definitely good . Things could be better to make the experience amazing.

Property was good. A lot buckets everywhere. Not sure if there were leaks because of the rain I’m sure it was but it looked ghetto. When I entered there was a wet floor sign and a huge puddle of water. I didn’t see no one coming to clean it .

Cons:

Buckets of water everywhere I turned, room sheets seem old. I didn’t like the feeling of them. I also didn’t like that I was called because my girls were “running”. I get it not the front office fault but people calm down kids are excited . It’s a hotel. It’s not your home. They were only running for 5 mins. I didn’t call when the kids above me were running . Also for breakfast more options ?

Para el corto tiempo que estuve a disfrutar la estancia
Pros:

La habitación súper cómoda estaba limpia organizada. Siento que el baño le faltó un poquito más de limpieza, pero nada que me incomodara solamente a modo de reflexión.

We still like this hotel.
Pros:

Proximity to beach. Cleanliness.

Cons:

Unattended children in the room above us. They were running and jumping around the room. Screaming and other noises. I informed the front desk and nothing. Breakfast was terrible.

Cons:

I booked and paid for the hotel through Booking.com. I have done this many times
When I arrived at the property, there were no rooms available. Fully booked.
Customer service promised a refund, since I prepaid. Had to search for a hotel at 8PM
Terrible experience. Awful customer service BOOKING
Deleted the BOOKING app Will never use again
