We really enjoyed the breakfast, the smart room, the cleanliness and the service and attention of the staff. Whenever we called for a housekeeping ask, they would come super quicky. The hotel in general is very nice and confortable .
The pool was extremely cold (you shouldnt chill a pool for less than 30 degrees). I wish the room had a bit more space to put our things on, for example a small table below the TV. And the restaurants in general were quite dissapointing.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of options, including delicious local food, which I really enjoyed.
The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues, team members, friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi service. During my stay, the BOTIM calling app was not working on the hotel network. As I was travelling for work, I rely on BOTIM for business communication and calls.
According to the hotel staff, BOTIM calling was blocked on the hotel Wi-Fi, which made it difficult for me to communicate with my team and required me to find alternative solutions to make my calls.
I would appreciate it if the hotel could consider reviewing this restriction, especially for business travellers who depend on internet calling applications for work communication.

We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with everything. The service was truly excellent and at the level we expected from your hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care for guests. Overall, everything was very well organized, and we left with only positive impressions. We would be happy to stay here again.
