It was lovely
Pros:

The staff are friendly and very responsive to messages. It's quite a cozy place to pop in and out of while visiting attractions in the city.

Cons:

The mattress could have been a bit better. The springs kept popping and it was a bit thin.

Lovely town but choose another hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent

Cons:

Bed was absolutely terrible. Soft, shaky bed frame, too cheap for the hotel.
No staff around at all, it’s all DIY. Parking is a pain as you have to find your own in the few streets in surrounding area.

Loved whitby, will go back but not at the same place
Pros:

No reception to meet and greet if it hadn't been for the lovely lady who was cleaning we wouldn't have our parking permit or even known that our room was ready, the room was cleaned, took us a lot of finding even after phoning for instructions, a bit disappointed

Perfect location
Pros:
