El personal es increíble: muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Cada vez que necesitábamos algo, siempre había alguien disponible para atendernos.
Nos alojaron en una habitación en el cuarto piso, al que solo se podía acceder por muchas escaleras. Al instalarnos, descubrimos que la puerta del baño no cerraba y, además, chocaba con la puerta de entrada porque estaban demasiado cerca una de la otra. Era evidente que la habitación había sido construida de forma improvisada.
Cuando llovía, el agua entraba en el lugar y se formaba un gran charco, lo que hacía imposible acceder a la entrada de la habitación y del baño. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación.
La segunda habitación, ubicada en el subsuelo, era mucho mejor. Sin embargo, no tenía entrada de aire natural. Además, la puerta del baño tampoco cerraba.

La ubicación es excelente y las habitaciones están muy lindas y cómodas. El baño tmb excelente. El internet rápido. El resto de las instalaciones también en excelentes condiciones y muy lindas.
Creo que no podría poner ninguna queja al respecto del lugar. Quizá estar más anunciado desde la calle, pero nada más extra además de ello.
Las instalaciones
Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, muchisimo ruido, las ventanas no tenían aislamiento
Rente por 8 dias para el el mundial en Mexico. Y solo duramos la primera noche. Perdimos el dinero porque ha sido el hotel mas malo que haya podido rentar. Si bien dice que no habia TV, uno no alcanza a pararle bolas a eso cuando esta comprando, pues se supone que un hotel tiene TV, y un mundial sin tv es critico. Lo otro, olor a cañeria toda la noche. Lo otro un ruido tenaz en el trafico porque no hay puerta hermeticas. No habia en ese hotel con quien hablar, nos toco dejar la llave sobre una mesa.
La ubicación está bien, aunque la habitación que nos tocó tenía vista directa al viaducto y el ruido era muy molesto. Es casi imposible poder descansar bien.

El personal del alojamiento utiliza los espacios comunes de los huespedes para sus actividades (cocina, mesas, TV)
Lo único es que mi sobrina olvido sus audífonos solo estaba el estuche yno sabianos hasta llegar a Perub. al salir lde la habitacion le pedí a la srta limpieza q revisaray me informara no bajo ni me informo He pedido q revisen la habitación desde el lunes aun no hay respuesta
Espero respuesta del hotel si reviso porq solo estaba el estuche y mo los audífonos. También en Peru hemos revisado todo el equipaje y no estan

The rooms were very spacious and clean. All the staff were lovely particularly Blanca who made me feel very welcome! The kitchen is well equipped.
My room with the balcony was quite noisy being on the main road.

We booked this on the day of arrival because we had to make a quick change to our travel plans (thanks to going the wrong way on the Metrobus!). The location was convenient- walking distance to the Metro, tons of things to do in the area, and easy for Didi pickup. The room was small but efficient. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great- shelves in the bathroom, shampoo, and bodywash were available. Best hot shower and best water pressure! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They had coffee and water available for us in the mornings. :)
