Pros:

La localización era buena a un paseo de las calles importantes.

Cons:

La nevera hacia mucho ruido, al estar tan cerca de la cama por la noche era molesto. La cisterna se activa sola, cosa que hace que haya mucho ruido durante la noche también.
La ducha estaba llena de moho y el baño hacía muy mala olor.
Toda las paredes de la habitación estaban rozadas y marcadas, falta una capa de pintura.
