I would like to express my sincere appreciation to every member of the hotel staff. Throughout my stay, each person was incredibly attentive, helpful, and cheerful. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

Comfortable, central and good value
Pros:

Very central and great price. They also upgraded me as there was a free room better than mine. Comfiest bed too. Check in staff were very polite and great English :)

Cons:

It was quite noisy, and the aircon took a while to kick in. Also you lose ALL the power when you leave the room rendering the fridge useless. This is common here though. It was the only place I stayed that charged 4% to pay card too, others have all been 2 or 3%

Jedinečný přístup personálu, hlavně paní Celine je žena na svém místě :) Automaticky nám nabídla pozdější check out skrze večerní let a byl nám poskytnut 150% servis.

Cons:

Chudší snídaně než na fotkách, byli jsme ale mimo sezónu a polévka byla výborná

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super Lage im old quarter Hanoi’s. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man wurde stets mit Namen angesprochen. Auch war das Frühstück hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider gab es sehr viele Mosquitos, sowohl in der Lobby, als auch im Zimmer.
An den Wänden konnte man überall Spuren von totgeschlagenen Mosquitos erkennen. Hier wäre mal ein neuer Anstrich fällig.

Good location. Big rooms. Needs some newer towels and sheets.

The location was great. Staff helpful

Cons:

The towel and bed sheets were old and didn’t feel clean. The breakfast was ordinary and they don’t fill it fast enough as it empty

Bester Service
Pros:

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Servicekräfte waren wirklich sehr aufmerksam und haben für uns viel organisiert. So einen guten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Lage ist auch wirklich gut. Wir sind fast nur zu Fuß überall hingelaufen und es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
