The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. A special mention to Selena, who took such great care of us and made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of services and amenities nearby. Overall, a super positive experience

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, personel bardzo miły, za opłatą 50% ceny mogliśmy się zameldować o 4 rano, łóżka wygodne, pokój czysty

Cons:

Śniadania (nielicząc tych które można zamówić - za darmo) takie przeciętne, ale oczywiście wszystko świeże.

Na korytarzu jest bardzo gorąco - bo nie ma tam klimatyzacji.

Albergo perfetto per visitate hanoi, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni dell'old quarter ed abbastanza vicino (a chi piace camminare) per altre mete da visitare. La stanze sono molto ampie, il prezzo buono. Colazione abbondante ma soprattutto personale gentilissimo.

il wifi un po scarso in camera in alcuni momenti

L emplacement idéal en plein centre du vieux Hanoï, le petit déjeuner bien garni. Le personnel toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider ou vous renseigner.

Cons:

Attention car beaucoup de chambre ont des fenêtres uniquement sur un mur sans aucune possibilité même d ouvrir.
Également, attention à la plus grande chambre avec le balcon, qui est situé au dernier étage et comme l isolation est très légère, même avec la clim au max, il fait très chaud !!
