We werden ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en ook tijdens het ontbijt werden we erg vriendelijk geholpen! Kortom erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Hier en daar was het wel stoffig op de kamer in bijvoorbeeld de badkuip. Dat staat niet helemaal in verhouding met de prijs die je voor de kamers betaald.

Was erg warm maar fijn dat er een ventilator geplaatst was.

Zentral gelegen und sauber - gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt genau zwischen Bahnhof (mit den schönen Hafen) und der Altstadt, beide um die 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, die Umgebung ist eine Wohngegend, also schön ruhig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great location. Clean rooms with a harbor view. Staff too hip to help.
Pros:

A really good location. The room was comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the harbor. Safe and convenient bike parking overnight.

Cons:

Staff was a bit cool. The lift was broken and none of the staff offered to help us (two 79 year old travelers) with our bags to the 2nd floor. When the elevator repair person noticed us, she quickly assisted with our bags going upstairs. Seems as though the hotel staff could have helped.
