The location is good

Cons:

The reception staff was tough, non helpful , and not answering the phone. When we contacted them face-to-face , the receptionist replied to us with an impolite way
The 2 rooms were far from each other. They refused to give us an extra bed or matross.
The cups were not clean, and they put 1 tooth brush in double room. The cleaning was not very good

نظافه مفرش السرير وهذا اهم شي والتكنولوجيا المتقدمه و الموقع

الغرفه نظيفه لكن انا دقيقه الملاحظه وعندي وسواس نظافه الطاوله الدائريه في وسط الغرفه لم تنظف جيدا أتمنى اخذ الملاحظه بعين الاعتبار وان تنظف كل غرفه في الفندق بمنشفه صغيره نظيفه وعدم تنظيف جميع الغرف بمنشف أو بفوطه واحده وارجو ان يتم تشيك تحت الاسره لان يوجد بعض المناديل وبعض الأوساخ التي بالغالب يتم تجاهلها ونحن ك زوار للمكان ندقق جدا في كل محتويات الغرفه
