Mein Freund und ich hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt im Desa Hay. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber, das Essen war sehr gut!!und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Besonders möchten wir Mandy aus dem Restaurant hervorheben – sie war unglaublich herzlich, sympathisch und hat uns mit ihrer lieben Art jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Vielen Dank, Mandy! ❤️

Desa Hay è stato senza dubbio uno dei luoghi più belli e speciali del nostro viaggio a Bali. 🌿✨
Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti con una gentilezza, un'attenzione e una cura davvero fuori dal comune. Tutto è pensato nei minimi dettagli: le ville sono meravigliose, immerse nella natura, eleganti e perfettamente curate, e l'atmosfera che si respira è di assoluta tranquillità e benessere.
Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile sono state le persone. Tutto lo staff è stato eccezionale: sempre sorridente, disponibile, attento e capace di farci sentire coccolati senza mai essere invadente. Si percepisce quanta passione mettano nel loro lavoro e quanto tengano davvero all'esperienza dei loro ospiti.
Anche la cucina è stata una bellissima sorpresa: colazioni e piatti deliziosi, preparati con grande cura e qualità.
È difficile spiegare a parole quanto siamo stati bene. Desa Hay non è semplicemente un posto bellissimo in cui soggiornare: è uno di quei luoghi che ti rimangono nel cuore e che ti dispiace davvero lasciare.
Grazie a tutto il team per aver reso questi giorni così speciali. Se torneremo a Bali, tornare a Desa Hay sarà una certezza. ❤️

Desa Hay is a little tropical paradise. With only six private villas, it offers an intimate and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place for anyone looking to truly unwind. After 9 p.m., the music stops and the entire property becomes wonderfully quiet.
Each villa is set within its own private tropical garden, surrounded by walls that ensure complete privacy while naturally keeping the space cool. We stayed in August and never once needed to turn on the air conditioning.
The contemporary wooden architecture is simply stunning. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect balance between luxury and nature. The villa is spacious and equipped with every comfort, while the bathroom is spectacular, featuring a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and beautiful finishes throughout.
Outside, each villa has its own private patio with a plunge pool, a hammock, and even an outdoor bathtub. It truly feels like your own secluded tropical sanctuary. Yoga mats are also provided for the morning yoga sessions.
Despite feeling completely immersed in nature, Desa Hay is only about a ten-minute drive or scooter ride from Pererenan Beach.
What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is the people. Every member of the team is genuinely kind, warm, and attentive, with thoughtful little touches every day that make you feel truly welcome. The level of hospitality is outstanding, and every detail is handled with great care.
The organization is flawless. You can contact the hotel at any time via WhatsApp, and an iPad is provided in the villa, making everything even more convenient.
The food deserves a special mention. As Italians, we have high expectations when it comes to cuisine, and we were genuinely impressed. Every meal was absolutely delicious, so congratulations to the entire kitchen team.
We also enjoyed a massage during our stay, and it was another wonderful experience.
Honestly, we struggled to find even the smallest flaw throughout our stay.

The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and I really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. The atmosphere was perfect. I also arranged a surprise with flowers for my wife, and everything was prepared beautifully. It made the moment even more special.

Dünyanın farklı bölgelerinde en lüks otellerinde kalmama rağmen hayatımda beni bu kadar etkileyen başka bir otel olmadı.

Otelde toplam 6 oda var, çalışan sayısı oda sayısına göre çok fazla bu yüzden çalışanlar sizinle bireysel olarak ilgileniyor. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve Bali’de gördüğüm en profesyonel ekip.

Kahvaltısı şahane, odalar tertemiz ve çok konforlu, kırışık olan elbisemi dahi ütüleyip odaya bırakmışlar, havuz tertemizdi ve havuzbaşı hazırlanan kokteyl menüsüne bayıldım.

Tekrar Bali’ye gelme sebebim bu otel olabilir

We loved everything about the property! It was very clean and private. It was very quiet with no traffic noise even though we were so close to town. Lovely noises of wildlife. The food was out of this world. The staff were exceptional, no request was too much to ask. We felt so at home we didn’t want to leave.

Staff were very good - loves all the little extra touches - complimentary water bottles and bags. Music personalized on check-in. Very nice!

Everthing, it was a wonderful stay for a honeymoon. The staff was always available and quick to answer to our needs. The room cleaning was perfect, made everyday, the breakfast was amazing. I will come back !!
