Cuando llegamos al lugar nos informaron que no había disponibilidad, pese a que habíamos hecho la reserva por Booking y no nos orientaron para ofrecernos una solución, de pronto consultando en otro hotel cercano.

Great location. Ideal for big groups, since the main restaurants allow to setup a really food party!
Pros:

Location is great. 15-min walk to Santa Elena Park, Vaca Restaurant, Cafe de las Flores, Sublime Restaurante, La Comadreja.

Cons:

The hotel is kind of old. There is no fulltime coffee or restaurant service. You can listen the noise from other rooms, but the other guests were quiet/respectful people.

El diseño ambientalista del hotel. Y la Ubicación, cerca de Santa Elena, fue una buena caminada y sitios de comida cerca.

Cons:

El ruído en las habitaciones, la primera noche estuvimos casi solos, en la segunda llegaron varios huéspedes, se sentía la conversación y el televisor como si fuera en mi cuarto.
Falta mantenimiento, es un hotel bien construído, pero lo están dejando acabar.

Tengo varios aspectos por los cuales no cumplió ni súpero mis expectativas

1. Hice mi reserva por este medio con un mes de anterioridad, llego a el lugar y me incidan que la habitación que había reservado estaba ocupado por otras personas, ya que en el lugar reservaron por 4 días sin validar las reservas de esta app.

2. Solicitó una nueva ubicación similar a lo que deseaba inicialmente, aceptó la nueva habitación y después de pagar y demás, al instalarme en el lugar válido que no cuenta con internet, algo que no me dijeron en el momento de ubicarme allá.

3. El desayuno demasiado básico.

4. El servicio en general, muy regular, nadie le sabe explicar bien a uno, nadie soluciona.

Espectacular
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, frente al valor cancelado, me parece excepcional.
La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, el acceso es perfecto. Dentro de las instalaciones hay un sendero corto pero muy espectacular.
La atención de Luisa en la recepción y de Andrés son para destacar.

Cons:

Tuvimos un percance con el vehículo, pero el hotel no tiene que ver nada en el tema, por el contrario el señor Andrés estuvo presto para colaborarnos e indicarnos como podríamos salir facil del percance.
