VERY GOOD LOCATION, STRATEGIC AREA FOR PARKS AND OUTLETS.
RECEPTIVE, EDUCATED, KIND, CORDIAL, HOSPITABLE, ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL, FLEXIBLE OR EASYGOING. everything very new, clean.
Great location-close to Disney, no traffic, area seems relatively safe.

Polyester/synthetic pillow covers!!!! I felt like I was sleeping in a hostel with those pillows. My skin was all greasy waking up due to the fabric. Horrible. No justification to be not using cotton pillow covers at this price range. Very cheap experience.
Also-
Metal utensils in the dining area were DIRTY. All of them. Visible grimy residue on each of them. Completely unacceptable.
Lastly-
PAID PARKING!!!! What the hell? Since when do hotel guests pay for open, unsecured parking under the sun, in a low cost of living area with ample parking space? You would think you’re getting valet service at that price.

L’accueil, la propreté et le confort.
We stayed for our Disney trip and it was perfect. 15 minutes away. We also went to the University city walk which was 20 minutes away. This place was fairly new very nice and clean. And the price was reasonable for the weekend.
You have to include breakfast into your payment but it was fine because we went out for food so that wasn’t a big deal. Some places include breakfast with your stay.
