Difficult check in
Pros:

We loved our suite, the lobby and amenities.

Cons:

I did not like the check in experience because the person at the desk refused to use the card on file for incidentals which we had used earlier in the week for another stay.

So I tried to use my phone to tap my card in my virtual wallet and that was not allowed either, which is ridiculous. She literally would not give us our keys even though the visit was completely paid for and made me use a card I didn't want to use for the incidentals.

Amazing stay from start to finish!
Pros:

The best part of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful property, opulent decor, and amazing amenities.

The breakfast was outstanding!

Cons:

Need a car to get around, but that's mostly an Austin thing.
