The water pressure in shower wasnt great
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The property is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, both inside and out. The contemporary, modern design creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the gardens surrounding the hotel are especially lovely and well maintained.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of our favorite touches was the fantastic complimentary coffee bar in the lobby—a great perk that made each morning even better.
Our room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us.
The only minor oddity was that there wasn’t any bar soap at the bathroom sink when we arrived. Fortunately, housekeeping was happy to provide some upon request, so it was an easy fix.
Parking is available through valet service, with some limited street parking nearby if you prefer.
Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel with outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and a stylish atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
Wonderful staff- especially Marcus and Younis- they went out of their way to help me when I needed help with a situation! Truly felt well taken care of during my stay! Thank you!!
My wife Cecilia and I are Kimpton super-fans and have visited over 60 different Kimpton properties over the years and the Kimpton Forum is at the very top of our list of favorites. All aspects of the Forum are top-notch - breathtaking lobby atrium, elegant yet super comfortable rooms and fantastic on-site restaurants. What sets the Forum apart in our experience is the next-level guest services experience. The white glove treatment began before we even checked in as guest services supervisor Chloe reached out to Cecilia to inquire whether we had any special requests and what time we would be arriving. As we were celebrating a milestone occasion, Chloe not only upgraded our room to a huge and luxurious one bedroom suite (complete with dining room table for 8, spa-like bathroom w/ soaking tub and three (!) mini-refrigerators) and arranged for a bottle of bubbly and platter of sweet treats to be delivered to the suite. The entire guest services team members that we interacted with throughout our stay were so warm, inviting and thoughtful - special thanks to Jaquan, Jasmine, Marcus and Cyn as each went above and beyond each time we saw them. The red carpet treatment also extended to the additional room that we booked for family that joined us for the celebration, as the staff set aside the connecting room to our suite for their reservation. Special shout-out to Kim from the Birch & Bloom service staff, as she greeted us warmly each day of our stay and remembered us from our most recent stay at the Forum last summer. The only downside to our stay was that we had to check out…we are already planning our next stay at this amazing property!
Anthony Nelson, and team was the best valet experience I have ever had, 3 days……Mike reese
Anthony (AJ) was very helpful in settling us in our room. He was warm and welcoming.
Stuff are very friendly and efficient. The only complain I had was room service- never pickup the phone. Parking stuff are heart of the hotel and very welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. Front desk were also wonderful. Room service and restaurant should have more on Choices for guest .
beautiful place with professional staff.
Younis and AJ were excellent! Let them wear sunglasses!
The breakfast was good.
We had to wait for breakfast for some time and ask the waiter for water
It is inside UVA’s campus, right next to their law school.
