Elevator was broken and had to lug up 5 suitcases to the 4th floor. Location was scary. Had to go all the way to the check in which wasn’t at the location of our room. Our door key was a code that anyone could have and felt very unsafe.
Central location and everything is pretty much walkable. The facilities were good and the staff were accommodating.
There should be a virtual check in or reception at the building.

The staff was so nice and kind and had the best suggestions for visiting the places and etc. We enjoy the cleanliness and on top of everything was the location.
Our 3rd floor bedroom with Juliet balcony was in the perfect location, with wonderful facilities - esp with roof terrace which made our holiday & attentive staff. Couldn't have asked for better.
Comfortable, quiet central hotel. When The aircon did not work well in the first room, we were able to change rooms and aircon did work well. Staff were helpful

We originally got the wrong room but all was quickly put right . Better directions . Sat nav only brought us to the general area . We wandered around looking for it

Great location! The staff were friendly, welcoming and helped us get settled. We appreciated the special touch they added for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay here so much! The room was large and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well.
The check in at the other hotel was a bit tricky in the heat, but it wasn’t something that made our trip bad :)
