Happy with my room but not with the restaurant.
Pros:

I was happy with my room and the bathroom. The staff at the reception was welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant.

On both nights of our stay we were not allowed to have dinner in the restaurant, even though we were hotel guests. On the first night, a private birthday celebration took place which meant that the restaurant was closed. This however was communicated to us only a day before our arrival. On the second night, Sunday, the restaurant was closing at 7pm and that was it. This really shouldn't happen in a place that prides itself with various significant rewards...

At breakfast, the staff was unfriendly, the slices of cheese on offer were dry and about 2 of them were all that was apparently left.

Overall, poor range and quality of products on offer. Staff in the breakfast room / restaurant not welcoming.

Uvítala bych varnou konvici na pokoji a možnost uvařit si čaj,když restaurace zavírá v 8.

Příjemný pobyt v Písku na jaře
Pros:

Vybavení pokoje, čistota, prostorný pokoj, bohaté snídaně, umístění v blízkosti centra města.

Cons:

Pokoj byl orientován k poměrně frekventované silnici, byl vybaven klimatizací, která asi funguje jen v letních měsících.
